Not arrived -I’m 88 the dpd guy waited 2 mins despite me adding delivery instructions and now he has plonked it at a pick Up point I can’t get to !!

Ordered 2 smoke alarms & 1 heat alarm for next day delivery. Tooka week to arrive, sent 2 chasing emails but no response. Still waiting for VAT Invoice - would not use again

Was expecting delivery next day, two days at worst. Tried calling numerous times went straight to answerphone,left messages no response. Emailed with no response. Delivery turned up a week after ordering with still no reply. Shocking customer service

Nothing has gone wrong, it never got the chance to go right....! Non-functional website (no button to click to say I've read the terms and conditions). Taking my business elsewhere, to a company that has a website that works! Obviously can't comment on the delivery, quality, and customer service as we haven't even got as far as placing an order. No answer to phone or email.

On-line order arrived, LED PIR Outside lamp, defective. Absolutley NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, no one on any of the phone numbers wanted to take ownership of the problem, kept being told its a different dept, still waiting for a Director to call to discuss this debacle, I wasted over an hour of my time trying to get someone to deal with this issue, 3 weeks on and I am still awaiting for the defective item to be collected and my money refunded as I sourced an alternative product.

i STILL havent received my book and do not know when it will arrive even though you guys told me that i would recieve it on Monday 12th of May... This is very badas i needed it for an exam and it is today. if i fail i will be ooking for yiu guys to pay for me to take the exam again. I am thoroughly disapiointed and disgruntled as this time and will NBEVER buy anything from your company again even though i now need the ONSITE GUIDE and Guidence note 3

showing 3qty live stock so ordered for a next day emergency job! mail that day saying processing, only to receive a mail 5 DAYS later order been cancelled! what sort of sleepy business is this its 2025? Will never use again customer/me let down big time.

Absolute appalling company, was told all online deliveries are sent via next day delivery, complete lie, I've waited 4 days for a delivery. When it did arrive the order was incomplete and the alarms are old stock, fire alarm is dated 2019! Have emailed company and got no response, left a voicemail for the online sales team, no response, eventually spoke to someone called 'Muhammad' who was suppose to call me back, guess what never happened. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering, absolutely scam of a business, will certainly advise other customers to avoid this business - complaint has been raised with my payment merchant regarding missing alarms from order.
