“Told us you had the item, then said you might not have the item. Said you would check and let us know, didn't let us know until we called and asked. Now 4 days down the line and you've credited the goods”

Hi Dean - we're so sorry that you're not satisfied with our service. On the odd occasion we are out of stock of an item, we will always try to source it for our customer. This is not always possible and on this occasion we had to issue a refund. We are so sorry about this and hope it doesn't affect you shopping with us in the future.
