I purchasers a floodlight which was "in stock" paid the amount plus postage then was contacted the following day to say none in stock would I accept something else. This was not suitable and Im still waiting on a refund. I will not order from this company again they shouldnt advertise something as in stock when it isnt.

Hi there - apologies that you were sent a faulty item. This most definitely should not have happened and we appreciate your feedback to help us do better in future. Mistakes can happen from time to time and on this occasion, the faulty item was incorrectly packed. I was very disappointed.... You totally ignored my request on two accounts... firstly, I specified a delivery day on my original order and secondly, my follow-up email requesting confirmation as to what day the delivery will take place. Consequently, I had to make last minute arrangements with two different neighbours. I was not happy

Order ID: 40708 I placed an order recently and was advised by phone that several items weren't available Inc fused wylex item, paid £72. I was offered fusebox alternative,the young guy commented that it's value was higher than the wylex but they would honour it for good faith. At the time I was driving and couldn't stop to research, having received the order today I value fusebox brand at around £28. 4 days ago I responded to the issue by email but haven't yet received a reply. This is the first time I've used express electrical as a supplier and so far disappointed. Ps. One of the 3 fuses with fusebox 100a fused box was physically broken Date Added: 09/05

'in stock' items took 4 weeks to arrive. Continued to advertise and take further orders despite being unable to fulfil the backlog. Disappointing. Items did eventually arrive though.
