“Insurance is insurance, inundated with silly emails from some idiot named Ian that thinks he’s my friend, the only reason I didn’t block him was I wasn’t is he was ever going to be needed rest assured as soon as this trip is over he will be blocked and I won’t be using you again”

“Arranging holiday insurance was much more straightforward than other insurers . For instance they didn’t ask me to inform them about stubbing my toe when I was twelve , not exactly but you get the idea. Good price so very satisfactory . Obviously I didn’t need to claim so can’t report how that would have gone . Claiming is a last resort in my book , just knowing you have a good insurer is reassuring”
