Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“First took out cover with Explorer over a year ago. I had a couple of queries over existing medical issues, which, over a phone call, were dealt with competently. Have now renewed my policy, for a further a year, following the confidence I have with Explorer.”

“Fabulous customer service. I used this company first for my parents and I had to claim for my dad, they could not have been more helpful. I then started to use them and buy an annual policy which is really cost effective. I had to claim for my husband a few years ago and again they could not have been anymore helpful. It’s the only company I use for holiday insurance as they are totally trustworthy.”

“Phoned to renew my annual insurance, spoke with friendly assistant. I asked for a paper document to be sent which arrived a few days later. I have used Explorer Travel Insuance for a few years now. Very helpful.”
