“Accommodated pre-existing medical conditions. Easy to understand policy documents. Although we have not required to use the insurance, an email from the team, whilst we were away, was reassuring.”

“I’ve made a claim for a broken iPad screen 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received any reply back. Not worth taking out with this company as you will be waiting like I am if you need to claim. I paid extra for Gadget insurance, to which I then find out if through a different company. These have just completely ignored me since.”

“I can only review insurance if I have to make a claim. Otherwise it is simply something that I have bought but not used so cannot assess the quality. It would be more valid to only ask for reviews from claimants.”
