“I can only review insurance if I have to make a claim. Otherwise it is simply something that I have bought but not used so cannot assess the quality. It would be more valid to only ask for reviews from claimants.”

“I have been using Explorer Travel Insurance for 5 years and I have found them very competitively priced and easy to arrange by phone as I needed to discuss medical conditions Unable to comment on claims as I haven't made any. Will use them again”

“I did not need to use the holiday insurance that was purchased but was disappointed with the fact that the insurance details were not correct as per my purchase. This was subsequently identified as an IT issue but I was not sure I had valid documents at the time I was departing for the holiday. Therefore not consumer friendly.”
