Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Medical Conditions, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“I get endless nonsense emails about absolutely nothing from this insurer. Then I need to make a small claim for being delayed for over 32hrs, it takes weeks to hear from them with no confirmation of recipes of my claim, no case number to track so you no it’s being looked at. And then out of the blue they email you cause they’ve found some clause not to pay due to the reason the airline was delayed. Do not use this insurer - what’s the point if they aren’t there to help you when things go bad - may as well have not had insurance and would have at least saved £50”
