Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“I had to make a claim for an accident whilst on holiday in Mexico which necessitated me having to stay overnight in hospital. I submitted my claim which was paid without any problems in just over one month. I think that was excellent service. Many thanks.”

“Found staff very friendly, patient and surprisingly knowledgeable about my health and medication. It was explained that this will be my last year for an annual premium, due to age, but will be able to continue on an 'ad hoc' basis. This is my second year premium and I look forward to a further continuation of our association.”

“With multiple chronic medical conditions, completing travel insurance forms is daunting, but with Explorer Travel this was really straightforward, and the additional premium seemed good value. Luckily haven't had to claim from the insurance on any trips so far, so can't comment on that aspect.”
