“I have given you 4 stars due to the ease of your website, good value for money and prompt emails when a policy has been purchased. I would have given you 5 stars, but thankfully I have never had to make a claim so I don't know how how easy/difficult that may be.”

“The on line service was great but I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the policy because I have, fortunately, have had no cause to test the cover afforded! Long may that situation continue!”

“Difficult to review Explorer Travel Insurance, as I have yet to make a claim ( and hopefully won't have to)!, which is the real test of a policy. I can say that the website is easy to use, configure with all my requirements, include medical conditions and still come out the other side with a competitive quote. It was not the cheapest, but online research (including information from those that had claimed) persuaded me to choose this company. Come back and ask to review again in 12 months time, when renewals are due and I have more online research behind ,me.”

“This is our 2nd year with your company and fortunately we haven't had to claim for anything yet but when Monarch went bust last year and we thought we may have to claim, you sent us the claims form that we may have needed promptly, so we get the feeling that you are on the ball and well organised .”

“I have chose Explorer Travel Insurance for the last few years. This site is easy to use and the prices for preexisting medical conditions are good in comparison to other insurers. Lucky I haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on the claims side.”
