“It is only possible for me to rate Explorer on the basis of their quote and documents service. The real test would be how they deal with a claim”

“We were happy to insure again with Explorer. We had no problems but on the other hand we made no claim or had any contact after buying the policy. So cannot really make any judgement.”

“Easy to purchase on-line. Had to phone to clarify an issue and this was dealt with very quickly and helpfully by a staff member. Pleased with the price paid. However, insurance documents not sent by e-mail and had to call again to get this done. Have not made any claim so cannot rate this aspect.”

“No trouble gettin' it but difficult to say how things would have been if I'd had to use it, and I was only in USA for 3 weeks. But I would contact them again, and I hope they'ed take me on since I've just turned 80!”
