Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Just got single journey cover, as we did last year. The company seem very helpful and efficient, though, fortunately, we haven’t had any claims ever with travel insurance so cannot comment further.”

“Impossible to know as thankfully never had to make a claim in over 60 years of medical and one only for loss of a watch. Buying proved relatively easy and more sensible and reasonable than most.The fact that I had been diagnosed with prostrate and Bladder cancer and been cured ( not in remission ) but was not covered for cancer was to me simply not sensible . Cancer is a word that covers so many things that each case needs a different rate I know it is almost impossible so l accepted it”
