Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Website straightforward and easy to use, prices better than ones offering similar cover. Haven't had to use insurance so far (fingers crossed for current policy) so can't rate the actual policy.”

“I have used Explorer for the last three years. They have always been very helpful and answered the phone promptly. This is important to me as I am an older customer. I have also found the cost of the insurance reasonable. I have never had reason to claim so cannot comment on this aspect but my experience with the Customer Service has been excellent and I remain confident that if I needed to claim it would be dealt with in their usual good manner.”
