“We just bought one engraved pen as a gift for a birthday present, and as soon as it arrived, only a couple of days after ordering it, we ordered another, as a gift for a different occasion. Both had different fonts for the engraving. The second pen also arrived within a couple of days. We are delighted with your service and the quality of the engraving on the pens. We will certainly use you again. Thank you”

“I purchased two items from EPD, a Parker pen and a trinket box. I requested both to be engraved. I did call up about the trinket box as I wanted to know how big the item was. The man that answered the phone was friendly and very helpful. Both items were engraved better than I had expected. Delivery was fast and hassle free. Excellent products and very good value for money. I will be using them again. Highly recommend!”

“There was a problem with the PayPal process when I submitted my order (NOT the fault of Executive Pens - an ongoing security check issue with PayPal). From the moment I contacted Executive Pens right through to them checking I had received my order and was happy with their service, they couldn't have been more customer orientated. They were particularly helpful with revising my delivery choice to ensure I received my order in time. They had a great range of pens and accessories at good prices. The purchase was a gift for a special birthday which went down particularly well with the receiver too.”
