“Can not fault customer service! My parcel got lost however the customer service is second to none, replying quickly and sorting out any issues straight away. Will purchase from the company again in future. Recommend”

“My son loves the pens, they were delayed in coming but that was due to the Royal Mail. Also spoke to a lady called Abby due to the delays and she was very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“The range of products is great, and the delivery was fast. A problem developed with the product I bought and the customer service I received was excellent: they were able to return the pen to the manufacturer, have it repaired and sent back to me quickly during the busy Christmas period. Throughout the process, they were responsive, with regular updates to the progress of my claim, and very professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this retail business!”

“Not only did Executive pens have the very coloured pencils I have been looking for - Koh i noor magic pencils- but they were a good price and they came very quickly. I like the idea of winning something so I also uploaded an image onto instagram and got a friendly message back.”

“I never received the ordered items due to the courier Evri (formerly Hermes) the parcel simply disappeared from their tracking system, not for the first time with Hermes. Executive pens were extremely helpful and fully refund the items and that is all anyone could ask. I hope they review their use of Evri/Hermes.”
