Wanted something a little different as a present. The recipient is a music buff so I wanted musical notes engraved rather than a name. I visited their offices and discussed my requirements which were immediately translated into a screen image. A day later (despite their Xmas rush) the pens were ready for collection.
Excellent friendly service - even a small bag of Haribo was included with the order, which strangely never made it to the new owner of the pens.
