We offer a personalised engraving service for most of our products. Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. In addition there are no minimum order requirements so you can purchase 1-1000 engraved pens. If you would like a price for a bulk quote please contact us as we can offer great discounts.

“I bought 2 engraved Parker pens as special first birthday gifts as the little ones get so many toys, I thought it would be something sentimental for when they are older. They are top quality and the engraving is so nice. Would highly recommend.”

“Rediscovered a 30 year old Rotring 360 roller ball and fountain pen. Executive Pens Direct has the ink and refills to me in a couple of days. Great price and prompt delivery. Will use all the time now.”

“The pen was a gift to Evie and this company are terrible at communication twice I told them it was a gift but no ..they insist on calling me Evie although I even wrote to tell them that they had wrong details.... nothing changed”

Hello, I'm very sorry to hear that your experience with our team was not up to the standard you expected. I've had a look through the emails between yourself and my colleague and I can see that your billing and shipping address had merged to your friends who the gift was for. As the confirmation emails are sent immediately by an automatic system these do go off the billing address provided so ultimately included Evies name rather than your own. I can see my colleague has changed your billing details to the ones provided by yourself including your name. However as we aim to dispatch items as soon as possible for you guys to receive them quickly there can be a delay between the system updating and the automated email template which may have meant that the dispatch email to yourself also contained Evies name. We would have been more than happy to resend these once updated with your details on if requested. Thank you for highlighting this as we are always looking for ways to improve our business and methods that we use so we will definitely put this forward to our IT team.
