“I bought a fountain pen nib from Schmidt before which I liked very much, which was better than my other nib that was made of gold. So I bought it again recently. The purchase online was so easy and friendly. The experience was pleasant. The delivery was fast. I would highly recommend it.”

“Hey! have you ever felt like a numbskull, dunderhead or more likely a Divvy? Well I did. I went on line and ordered what I thought was the correct refil for my Shaefer rollerball pen. On arrival one of the two refils had leaked (a double packet). On telephoning I spoke to 'Tom' who immediately posted me a replacement which was received by midday the following day. WOW! with our postal system today that was amazing.It wasn't until I swopped tha refils to realise, all along, I had ordered the wrong refils. Being totally embarrased I wrote an apology and returned all which I had received. On answering the dreaded phone call, Tom was so understanding, but then informed me that my required refil was no longer being produced. I had to purchase the more expensive original refil. The final result was:- a) I reiceved a full refund for my first purchase (not including the second postage), b) my proper Shaefer refill was received a few days later. And finally c) Thank You for my packet of 'Halibor'. Thank You Tom for your kind words and understanding you will always be remembered as my 'Uncle Tom' of The Executive Pen Directs. PS: Sorry for this long diatribe but it was worth spreading the word.”

“An amazing nib! Worked great as a replacement for the travlers company brass fountain pen. Took a while for the ink to get to the nib, but it's worked flawless ever since! Not a super fine nib for an ef but definitely thinner than the fine that comes custom in this pen. If you're looking for something a little thinner I would recommend.”

“I am very happy with this pen case. To summarise, it has 4 separate compartments for your pens which are prevented from scratching each other by the dividers. Having had this issue in the past with another case, I can thoroughly recommend this one. It is large enough for my parker pens, which are quite wide barreled. The price is not bad considering it is leather so all in all a good purchase. Thanks.”
