Poor customer service! Very unresponsive, unable to execute on delivery! Worst company i’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste time or money because this company cannot deliver and will cause you to miss project deadlines. A true rating for this company is “negative star”.

Very poor service, on 2 occasions i tried to place an order for a substainial number of stationary items to be branded and never recieved a quote, went to a local reliable service that were happy for the custom. I would not recommend everything branded to anyone

This company does not value their customers. It pretty much states in their terms that they will not be held responsible for failure to fulfil a delivery commitment. After asking on the 17th Sept for follow up on who the courier was that delivered the goods to an address other than my own (which I did not agree too) I have had no word back. No one has called to apologise either. I have no order and apparently not entitled to receive my money back. I have now escalated this complaint by other means. Appalling. I wouldn't even give one star...but I have no choice!

Terrible customer service, got my order wrong no one cares or takes responsibility and cancelled my order and I keep on getting their accounts department chasing me for payment! Considering my organisation has put over £5,000 of orders to them, they wanted to me to fill out a credit check. Will never use them again NHS Trust

Very disappointed with the service. First the delivery did not get delivered on the agreed date. We were not even notified that they were going to be late and Everything Branded only found out once I called to ask where the cups had got to. They eventually arrived 3 days later than the agreed date. The print was out of register to the level that we could not use the cups as our logo was not straight. Everything Branded agreed that the quality was not good enough and so we sent the cups back for a refund. We have still not received this refund SIX weeks later! Very keen to secure the sale with excellent customer service but once things go wrong, communication goes quite, short and delayed!

surprised you sell anything at all, although your initial response to an enquiry was good it is now over two weeks since we supplied a logo for a visual, despite us chasing - nothing. I will assume you don't want an order and go elswhere

I ordered 75 plain stock (not customized) products from EverythingBranded.com. My order total was $399, $342 for the products and $57 for shipping. I was also charged an International Processing Fee of $7.98 by my bank as I was unaware and never told beforehand that the payment I made over the phone was being processed in the United Kingdom. When I received my order I realized that based on their size they wouldn't work for what I needed them for. I did not open any of the items. I immediately emailed my rep, Jenny, to let her know. Her Floor Manager called me a couple of days later to let me know that they will not allow me to return the items but instead offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase with them. Their website clearly states that you can return and get a refund on non-customized orders. I told him that was not acceptable. He then told me that they could process the return but there is a Restocking and Return Shipping Fee of $170. Their website does not mention this fee at all on the Returns page. It does state that if there are no defects the buyer has to pay the return shipping. I was completely fine with that and told them that I would pay to return the items but I would not pay $170 to do so. He told me the manufacturer charges the fee. I did not purchase these items from their manufacturer. I paid EverythingBranded.com for these items. If their manufacturer wants to charge them fees for returns then they should pay for them. I was also told that they do not hold or carry any items in stock themselves. They do not have any warehouses. All of their items are made and stored by their manufacturers. This is why I cannot ship the items back to EverythingBranded. I offered to pay for the return shipping and all I wanted was a refund of $342 for the products I paid for. They told me that I could either get 20% off my next order or ship the items back and receive $229 back after their $170 Restocking and Return Shipping Fee. I said no and I have a filed a complaint with the BBB.

I'd give no stars if it was possible. Shocking service, repeatedly lied to about the status of my order despite setting a deadline for delivery before I placed it. Repeated mistakes by design team. Still haven't received product for corporate event. Steer clear of this organisation.

Extremely persistent in chasing you up in order to make the sale, unfortunately lack the zeal to follow up on delivery. I was assured that my products would be delivered by a certain date, I had to call them to chase up to see where my product was- and apparently there was a fault with the order from the supplier and they never bothered to tell me. Customer service was also horrendous. Avoid at all costs- especially if you under time pressure to receive your goods.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. ordered 200 branded bottles a month ago with a 14 day delivery time needless to say they did not arrive. i was told a number of times that " they will be with you tomorrow " this wasnt the case. had to cancel my order and now waiting on a refund

Please please do NOT USE THIS COMPANY . They use cheap quality stuff and DO NOT DELIVER ITEM ON TIME . iTS A FRAUD AND I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM . People like Darren / Cameron gives false promises and the so called MD Mandip Chana is a lier . Please do not use them .

Have contacted this company 3 times for a quote and no one has come back to me. Obviously don't need the business. Will not be dealing with them at all in the future!

Please do not use this company, their products are cheap and flimsy, and they have no interest in refunding your money even if the products show up late and broken. Would never use them again, steer clear!

Please do not use this company as I have paid over £ 3500.00 in February and the items were delivered in June. They use a cheap quality product. The Airfreshner we got was a miniature version, pens were dirty and all the products were rubbish. WASTE OF MONEY and when you complain nothing happens. Waste of time and money. Please DO NOT USE THEM ITS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. CAMERON -REID-JONES IS WASTE OF TIME TALKING TOO HIM.

Low prices but deliveries terrible, ensure also you don't get an updated price on the phone without confirming via email, as they bill you for the original quote, regardless of just speaking to you.

Everything Branded has horrible customer service. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and are constantly trying to deceive the customer. I ordered something with a 14 day lead time and a month later they tell me it won't ship for another week. And this is the second order I had to place with them given they screwed up the first one and didn't take responsibility for their mistake.

Order CAD015362, or should I say lack of it? Hi Reece, We still have not received our order and the show is over tomorrow. You assured me that they would be delivered by the 29th April 2019, which is now clearly NOT the case. Therefore, I would request that you return our payment for the product that we have not received and clearly will not be fit for purpose as the show it over. I have rang you on a number of occasions with regard to the above matter and been told by your colleagues that you are not available and they have asked if I would like to leave a message, which I have, requesting you to ring me back. Sadly on all of these occasions i have not heard from you and had to ring you again. It's not possible to leave no stars, so I guess you're getting one. We have an event a little over a week away and our order of branded lanyards still hadn't arrived. After a bit of chasing the only explanation offered was that the order was missed and we won't be getting them. Rubbish service, will no longer be using this service and will actively recommend it's avoided.
