Having worked in marketing for nearly a decade, I can honestly say this is the worst vendor I have ever worked with. The salesperson was degrading and unprofessional, calling me "hon" and "sweetheart" in every correspondence, and refused to send me a sample. I regretfully proceeded, and was sent a product that did not have batteries (although this was not listed anywhere on the website, the quote, or in correspondence), adding hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours of staff time to buy and insert batteries. Much worse, they butchered our logo and did not follow the confirmed proof. When I asked for a refund or replacement, after weeks of follow-up, they only offered a $70 refund of the set-up charge. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Stay far far away!!!

I asked for a sample prior to placing my order and was told I did not have enough time to receive it in spite of placing my order a full 5 weeks prior to the event. Although I asked as many questions as possible, the product was not at all what I expected. It was flimsy and cheap looking. It was so bad, that I was actually embarrassed to give them out, so I ended up not using them, and they are still sitting in a box untouched. I will never again use a third party who has no familiarity with the products being sold. What a waste of hundreds of dollars.

It started off so well, and then all went wrong. I approved a sample of a printed mug in October and delivery didn't come until the new year, and then didn't match the sample. No one wanted to speak to me or return emails. Other samples never arrived. Rather than a refund I did eventually get the correct mugs, so thought I would put my faith in them again.....samples re -requested, and despite numerous emails and phone calls - no response. Yes, they might be the cheapest, but customer service is appalling. Are they too big to care?

Needed the product by the 13th, was told couldn't get it by then but guaranteed by the 16th. On the 16th I was contacted and told I would receive it no later than the 20th, now after continuously asking for tracking info I've been informed I'm supposed to receive it on the 27th, 2 weeks later than guaranteed. Situation has not been handled, repeated lies, not good business to deal with.

Useless customer service, unable to meet their own lead times, account managers unable to advise expected delivery dates and had to chase down every update on the project. Once we had paid lead times increased dramatically - delaying our entire client project.

Absolutely shocking, proof was a different colour than the actual product received and they were not interested. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, once they have your money they do not care. Beware, there are companies out there that care about customers, in future I will be buying elsewhere.

Unfortunately the lids to the charity buckets I bought did not fit. Your staff were charming on the 'phone (Reece) but the product did not fulfill our needs and we had to abandon our plans to raise extra funds via donations. I can only assume that the error was made in your dispatch centre... wrong lids for the buckets I ordered. John Rendall Trustee Tait Memorial Trust

Hi John, thank you for leaving the review. This was the first time that we had heard about the issue - as soon as your account manager read the review we contacted you to get the lids replaced free of charge. You informed him that you weren't interested in this. Although we do apologise for the mix-up with the lids, if you had let us know we would have sorted the lids as soon as we could and completely free of charge. Don't use this company. I paid £878 in advance for branded goods that did not arrive ... too late for me to order from someone else. I was, at first, told that the money would be paid back in the next pay run at the end of the week, and now a week later I am still without the money and have been informed by email that the normal refund is 30 days, (in fairness the accounts department are very nice, but I have had a difficult time with the management) Not only is my personal reputation ruined by using Everything Branded, but my cash flow is ruined as well. It is a mean way of treating a small customer and I would steer very clear of the company at all costs. I am not leaving this anonymously so that potential customers know it is real. My advice, 1. don't pay upfront 2. check the terms and conditions

Hello Cresta My deepest apologies on hearing your experience with the company. I appreciate the situation you were left in was far from ideal and we have raised the issue with our suppliers that let you down, along with ourselves. We pride ourselves on first-class customer service and as you can see from our other reviews, which are 100% authentic, that situations such as this are very rare. Our terms for refunds are 30 days, however we will make sure that we will refund you within a week of you reporting the issue with your order. We are a very transparent company and we would welcome you to come and visit our facilities and meet the team so you understand that we have nothing to hide. Hi Kellie As you have ordered our printed wristbands, these products have a 7-10 working day delivery time after payment, as is outlined in the quote we provided for you. I understand that the review link has been sent out early, but we are still well within our stated delivery time. If the products arrive before the tenth working day it would be greatly appreciated if you could amend the review afterwards. Many thanks

No proper proof or process on approving proofs, resulting in wrong imprint on pens and us having to bear the cost or a reprint. Small print in email footer is their get out clause.

Hi Owen, thank for you taking the time to leave a review. We sent you a visual which you had approved for production. Later on you even admitted to your account manager that you had signed the artwork off without looking at it. Our system is to wait for your approval on the artwork before we send the products into production. This was the process that was followed here. If, for whatever reason, this process isn’t followed we would have covered the costing of the re-print ourselves. Due to this fact it would be appreciated if your review was amended.

Ross is appalling. He ignored my email placing an order for two weeks. When chased, he finally produced the order, but failed to update the new delivery address. I was also at fault as I failed to notice that this had not been changed. Not surprisingly, the order was delivered to the wrong address on a Thursday. I was then promised it would be picked up and delivered to me by Midday on Monday. It wasn't. Communication was only ever when chased by me - never preemptive. James then got on the case - not much better communication - apparently the goods had been stolen, when in actual fact, they had been returned to the courier the same day that they had been delivered. They were finally delivered to me correctly on Wednesday of the following week, after I'd encountered much rudeness and a very laissez faire attitude from both Ross and James. It's a real shame, as the quality of the product you outsource for is fantastic, but I actively steer people away from dealing with you because the entire process is so painful, and your staff are uncaring and rude. I will not be using you again unless something very significantly changes.

I ordered and metal shaker online and it has been more than 20 days I have yet to receive the product so could I please have my money return it cost 13.85 and that was taken out of my credit card on the 5th July. If this is not returned or I do not hear from you in the next 2 working days I will be reporting the incident to action fraud and also be calling consumer direct.

We are sorry your item never arrived. We have investigated this and sadly the item was discontinued by our supplier due to quality concerns. Ellis in customer service did source an alternative however this sadly has been lost in the post. A refund has been made today for £13.85 post.

Very poor company. Don't order at all. 000000 Stars took the money delivered the products where our logo was not correctly printed. Instead of branding the are doing defaming the companies by supplying items not on time and also providing wrong prints.

We have discussed this on the phone today , we received your complaint regarding print quality on Monday the 19th July, we then advised you that we need to collect the goods as any company needs to then issue a re print or refund. We also agreed to bypass our refund policy to help you out. Based on these facts i would hope you would review your comments.

Our Sales representative Toyan gave extremely poor service. It took over a week to get our order finalised as he didn't respond to all questions in emails. If I asked two questions, he would only reply to one, which meant further follow up emails from ourselves. He also gave pricing which did not match that of the accounts department when invoicing came through. This took a further few days, with both Toyan and Scarlett (Accounts) basically blaming each other for the discrepancy. The delivery schedule was also given as about 3 different dates, which was frustrating as the products were needed asap after all the delays mentioned. I have also enquired twice about canvas bag samples but never received them, so overall Everything Branded has been a major let down due to their incompetency. We will have to look elsewhere for products in the future if things don't drastically improve.

Thanks for taking the time in giving us some feedback , Firstly i am sorry about the free canvas bag sample not arriving we do send them by royal mail due to cost and now and then they go missing but as you can expect we need to be told about this to rectify for repeated losses we will send by courier at our cost on request. Regarding Toyans service I am very confused by your comments as i have investigated this and it seems he provided you with 9 free visuals before any order was confirmed which I would say is exemplary service levels , he also made sure the goods were delivered on time and as per your request. Your comments about scarlett and Toyan going back and forth this is because after agreeing the order and all paperwork raised you then issued a discount voucher which we should not of taken due to the terms of use however again Toyan processed this on his discretion but we accept this did take a few days as accounts had to start the entire order process again. I would like to add If you had gave this offer at the beginning the process i can assure you that your order would of been seamless. We will take your comments about not using our company again onboard and will close your account with immediate effect you will then not get any marketing calls. I wish you luck in the future.

The price is cheap but the communication is very poor. We need to chase at least 3 times for each question to go ahead with the order. Mugs ordered as corporate gift but delivered broken (it is delivered in cardboard boxes with no protection wrap at all). We'd need to chase again but likely a waste of time.

Thanks for your feedback , I have looked into this and as you can respect mugs being ceramic they can break in transit which is something we will never be able to guarantee however I have checked with Ross and we arranged for the broken mugs to be re printed free of charge. I will take on your comments about boxes however the packaging used is from our suppliers and had you ordered elsewhere you would experienced the same delivery conditions as these are standard in the industry from production. Very disappointed - placed my order stating the deadline we were working to & was assured that was all in good time (provided we made payment, which we did). However due to human errors in Production, we did not get our mugs in time. Only found out reasons for this by contacting them on the day the mugs should have arrived (was not contacted / warned in advance of this). Even more bizarrely, the now-unusable mugs were delivered the following working week after I had cancelled the order & asked for a full refund. Baffling to say the least.

Thanks for taking your time to leave a review. I have investigated this for you and spoke with James your account manager. While I appreciate your comments I cannot find any mention of a no fail delivery date and only a preferred date which would of been easily achieved, however after speaking to accounts we did not receive payment even though we chased on may occasions this would normally add a few days to your delivery date however i see from today goods were delivered on the Monday which would is 1 working day after your date mentioned above. Regarding your refund request this was made on the Friday 1 working day before delivery was made and by the time your call the mugs were printed and ready for dispatch. If you would like to discuss this further I would be happy to oblige. Regards The Management.

We were totaly disapointed with our 1 test order of bracelets. After the payment of the invoice to the UK company we received a shipment from Hong Kong so we have to arrange custums duty, additional costs of duty taxes and finally delay of the delivery and all this without prelimenary information from everythingbranded. We even didnt receive support for the custums duty untill we wrote to the top management of the company. So we consider the company us unraliable and cannot recommend it. Firstly thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. I am aware of your complaint ref custom charges. to my knowledge and email trail we made you totally aware on order about custom charges so I do feel this review is unfair on that basis. We also make it very clear on our website as you can see below. I have checked with production this morning and your goods have also been delivered as promised. ''17. Customs and overseas deliveries - For all our overseas deliveries we only use well known carriers including UPS, DHL and Fedex. Even though we do our best to include all custom charges there may be times that the country of origin will require the receiver to pay these charges for goods to be released. If you are outside of the UK and place an order with any of Charles Alexander Distributions group of websites, you are confirming that you are aware there is a chance of extra fees and that Charles Alexander Distribution is not liable for these costs and any delay that may be caused due to this. Please note that we will always help our clients in resolving any customs issues to the best of our ability, however sometimes depending on the country this can only be resolved locally.'' Going forward I will look at other ways of helping our overseas clients with duty however sometimes this has to be done locally which is explained at order.
