“While the ordering and re-ordering process was great; the final delivered product was not. Our entire order was incorrect (part branded packaging, part seeds). Then it took close to 2 months to get replacement product. Their customer care team seemed to put all the responsibility on their supplier, rather than issuing a refund for a missed deadline.”

“Customer service and service as a result is the worst I have experienced, order placed on a thursday, told 1 day to produce then shipping from europe...not an issue. What I got instead was order placed on thursday, wrong design proof sent friday lunchtime, its now the following tuesday and still no updated design sent for approval, and no answers from everything branded despite multiple requests for updates and call from seniour management, DO NOT USE, happy to leave their clients hanging as payment has been made.”

“Shrina Patel was so helpful with some Desk Calenders which we was a new order & design for us. Her attention to detail and help was over and above. Delivery was a lot quicker than advised and the final product was really good quality and looked amaxing all down to Shrina's help and design.”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. Paid over £700 for an order that never arrived and the company refuses to take responsibility. They claim it was “delivered” but the proof shows it was signed for by someone unknown and not at our address. Despite repeated follow-ups they haven’t refunded us, opened a proper investigation, or provided any meaningful update. Customer service is defensive and unhelpful, endless delays, excuses, and zero accountability. This has been an expensive and time-consuming mess. Do not trust them with time-sensitive or high-value orders.”

“It’s always difficult selecting an on line company but Everything Branded was certainly a good decision. Patrick was amazing helping me with my bespoke requirements. “I was looking for some branded books with matching pens but also wanted to include 3 pages of company information within the books (Tipin pages). I dealt with Ben Jones who could not have been more helpful. Ben took the time to make sure I was happy with the design and offered excellent advice as to what would work best. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and was engaging to deal with. The books and pens have now arrived and have exceeded my expectations. The quality of book and pen is very high.
