I was promised an express order, but received an email on the day it was to be delivered that it had not even started production. This had a bounce on effect to plans we had for an exhibition. I was also disappointed that the account manager I had was on holiday and this was left to his colleagues to deal with. The order was cancelled as we missed the deadline

For over 2 weeks we called more than a dozen times and every single time we were told that our sales representative Richard S. was busy. We had a time-sensitive order and could not get any updates about it. We asked repeatedly to get a tracking number and they would not provide it. When they finally did provide it it was passed when the order was due and it wasn't for both of the orders. It was only for one. The order arrived weeks after it was needed, we have sent over a dozen emails, and they are not responding. None of our phone calls were responded to. It's likely the worst experience I've ever had with a promotional products company. I've ordered hundreds of thousands of dollars of promotional products from a variety of companies have never experienced anything quite this awful. I highly encourage you to find any other business but this one

I ordered the tumblers on 3/21/22 with the expectation that they would be delivered on Wednesday 3/23/22. • I called Monday 3/28/22 and spoke with Lauren who then told me the order was somehow held at the warehouse/production and Lauren Kind (acct manager) was not told or advised. • I requested the order be cancelled and asked for a refund on 3/28/22. I made the request over the phone, which Lauren then told me she would work on that and get back to me the next day. Didn’t receive any calls or emails. • Called again and have since spoke to Kara, and Zach in customer service and today, Brock. I was told twice that someone would get back to me. • 3/31/22 I received the order I cancelled at my office. All 80 of the tumblers which shows a ship date of 3/29/22. • The color on the tumblers that were shipped out are Green and not teal as I had ordered them. 4/11/22- I have since spoken to Kara-Zach-Brock-Ellis and now Tyler and have gotten no answers to my requests.Communication is terrible at this company and have done nothing to correct their problem. I will not use this company, dont trust them!

I wish I didn’t have to give one star. My order was not delivered by promised date for a charity event. Poor communication and no refunds because they outsource to a different company. Completely disappointed!

I would not recommend, they never call back, the line has been engaged often for more than half an hour with terrible music. the worst criticism is that very few of my questions have been answered to any satisfying degree and I am still waiting on these answers and some artwork for a few products two months on from initially trying to make contact. I had hoped the order would be on its way by now. I feel ignored and not valued.

Truly awful experience. Avoid!! We waisted 3 months with being messed around, trying to find Ryan Christie most of the time, constant excuses, no proof sent for the order, then after complaining about the unprofessional behaviour of everyone we communicated with, I wondered if something was not right. My gut feeling was right. We were given a delivery date of the 16th Feb 2022, then the 16th Feb came and went. We chased up Ryan, then the bombshell that there was no order, and he chooses to blame a mystery supplier who he sends a redacted email from. No explanation, nothing. Hey, let's just refund you or you can place your order again. Never again. This was the worst experience that I have had with a company that we trusted to order something basic with and I'm glad I'm never going to be contacting everything branded again to have to listen to the noisy environment of people being loud and laughing and the sheer level of excuses as to why someone is not available to speak.

I had one bought for me as a present so i can use a straw as i'm disabled. Handle came away when my wife was hand washing in warm water bowl. Told my daughter and she is very unhappy

BEWARE!!!! This company and particularly Dan Biggin seem to think they can sweep any problem under the table. They are happy to take your business and money but when they do not delivery, they ignore you and keep your money. Months have passed with numerous attempts to resolve this issue have been ignored. We paid for a large order that was NEVER delivered yet kept the money. BEWARE AT ALL COSTS.

Selected this company after web search for lanyards. Needed quick turnaround which they claim to offer via their 5 day express service. They can't. It's a 7 day turnaround. Reluctantly agreed to this only to be told after paying that they can't supply enough clips. Cancelled order and would not recommend this company to any business needing decent service.

I requested a sample of an item I wanted to order a large quantity of two weeks ago and was told it had been sent and would take a few days to reach me. Followed up twice as I hadn't received it and I was then told it was only posted this week - already past my deadline to order. No explanation or communication from the team. Disappointing service.

Initially I thought the product/service would impress as the price was ok and the order taker very keen. However, the mugs were not satisfactory - on some, the image was upside down, and on all, a portion of the red student picture was missing. Replies to my queries were now much slower. I had circulated the mugs and they wanted them all recalled to even discuss any sort of refund. I eventually secured an email from a manager confirming I would get a refund, only for them to double back the next day and to insist again on something I could not deliver - photos of the mugs grouped together to show how many were affected. My last email contact from them just before Christmas said they would refund me for 2 mugs. To this day they have not even done that and everything has gone quiet. Considering the name of this company I would have thought getting branding right would be top of the list for service provision but sadly it is not. I cannot recommend this business because when things don't go to plan, they try to avoid resolving things.

Poor service.....Unable to properly provide me with they needed from a design perspective and then when asked for a refund - Note that no goods had been sent for production - Telling me I have wait 30-days for my £412.20 refund! Spoke to their accounts department and got fobbed off about they are experiencing a back log and basically I will have to wait. I paid proforma invoice asap but I have to wait 30-days for my money to come back?? Not a good way to do business. There is no mention of 30-days wait for receiving back for funds "pre-job" completion....In fact here is an excerpt of their T's and C's refunds policy here: "Receiving your refund All refunds will be made within 30 days of EverythingBranded.co.uk receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund given" No mention of 30-days delay applying to refunding monies "pre-job completion". To top it all off, my request for payment was escalated as I needed the funds back onto my credit card on Monday 5th January to avoid late payment charges. Lo and behold no monies has been refunded and I have been levied a £12.50 late payment charge + probably a note on my credit file. I am beyond fuming and right now I just want my £412.20 back + £12.50 late credit card penalty charge so grand total of £424.70. Avoid! Tony

If we could rate them NUL POINTS, we would! Not only did we not receive our order which we were assured by Dan Biggins, would be delivered by our 25th anniversary deadline 6th December, it is now a month on and we have not yet received a refund! Our advice - GO ELSEWHERE!

Dreadful experience with this company. We placed an initial order on the basis of something shown on the website and a visual sent to us. After we had paid we were then asked about colour options. We said as was shown on the images online and on the visual we were sent before ordering. We were told that was not possible. So, I requested a full refund....we had NEVER approved a production proof as it was not what we wanted. We had been effectively 'missold to' as what we were shown and what was on the website was not possible as an option. I asked for a refund...a few days later we were then offered an alternative....this looked ok so we kept the 'order' in place. After a while we were told this couldn't meet the delivery deadline we needed so again I cancelled the order (after going backwards and forwards via email for ages). This company then had the audacity to tell us they would refund us MINUS a cancellation fee of £49.50!! The payment was made on a card and should be easy to refund. We received no goods whatsoever so why do we have to pay a refund fee (for someone to credit a card back?!). Anyway, after all the stress of this we decided to just go with it. We were told it would take 60 days to get our money back...yes, 60 days. After which we are still waiting and chasing and have still not been refunded!!! Disgraceful. We are a non-profit organisation and this has caused all of us a lot of distress as we have to be careful where we spend and on what. I will add that the person I dealt with was always polite (even though there had been statements made that were contrary to the emails we have). That said, we are now considering taking this up with legal as there have been too many failings in this whole process that show poor management at best and dubious/questionable business practices at worst. I cannot even comment on the quality of printing or the goods as we never had any, but based on the dreadful experience we have had we would not work with this company ever again.

I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to this time after my experience with this company. We had a huge issue with the drawstring bags that broke and the artwork peeled off making them unusable after a few weeks. We got in touch with the company because the bags we ordered the year before where good quality and lasted the whole year so there was clearly a quality issue with this year's batch of drawstring bags. I was referred back to the claims policy which indicates that they are only guaranteed for 7 days - which means if anything happens on the 8th day you’re stuffed! Company didn't ask what I would like to happen nor did they allow me to make a formal complaint because they don't have a complaints policy or procedure. They talked about ‘significant use’ but couldn’t define this for me. They also talked about wear and tear and again couldn’t define this for me in the context of their drawstring bags. All in all, really bad experience and won't be using them again - shame really because my next order was going to be 1500 drawstring bags!

My daughter nearly choked on the batteries I would not buy this it is the worst thing was ever been made you nearly killed my daughter shame on you I advise all parents to never buy from this company Disgusting 😡

Harry, I thought you were very helpful until I realised, you didn't reallymake sure the service is up to standard! I see now that you just hadn't actually finalised and put in the order for me till the 17th Oct (when you asked me to approve visuals again) - even though we had paid on the 9th October. This obviously resulted in delay and we don't have our order now for an event. Now, to top that, you don't reply to my emails asking when we should receive it, last week and again this morning. Then to top THAT, you take my call, say you will check where it is and get back to me then you just go home for the weekend. Totally UNprofessional. I am extremely disappointed!
