You assured me that they would be delivered by the 29th April 2019, which is now clearly NOT the case. Therefore, I would request that you return our payment for the product that we have not received and clearly will not be fit for purpose as the show it over. I have rang you on a number of occasions with regard to the above matter and been told by your colleagues that you are not available and they have asked if I would like to leave a message, which I have, requesting you to ring me back. Sadly on all of these occasions i have not heard from you and had to ring you again.
