Extremely persistent in chasing you up in order to make the sale, unfortunately lack the zeal to follow up on delivery. I was assured that my products would be delivered by a certain date, I had to call them to chase up to see where my product was- and apparently there was a fault with the order from the supplier and they never bothered to tell me.
Customer service was also horrendous. Avoid at all costs- especially if you under time pressure to receive your goods.
