“We placed an order for branded pens and cups with this company and had issues throughout the process, samples had to be requested 5-6 times. after the order the cups finally arrived damaged and the pens were half printed, when the pens were finally collected and reprinted a number of them were such bad quality that we had to throw away, this was due to them being loaded through the machine to be reprinted again. This was all reported by email but as other users have found when complaints are sent nothing is done! We would not use this company again and defiantly not recommend to others.”

“Ordered some branded wooden boxes for our conference centre rooms. Ordering process was very straight forward and Craig was very helpful with advice and arranging everything. The boxes are amazing! Our logo is beautifully engraved in the top of each box and they are excellent quality. Highly recommend and I will be using Everything Branded again.”

“They never get back. I was literally trying to give them our money but between requesting a quote (which was never replied to) sending 5 or so follow up emails (never got any replies) calling customer service twice to be told it was out of hours (it wasn’t, it was 20 minutes before closing) to then finally be put through (to then be hung up on). Tried to call back and couldn’t get through. Then got a voicemail that I would get an email the next morning with artwork options (that never came) I gave up and went to another supplier. Really poor and frustrating customer service and zero follow through. We’re a small healthcare charity and just don’t have time to waste like this. The only reason I’m writing a review is so others don’t waste their time with it too.”

“We were assured by Jay in the sales team that they would flash print our mugs. So the orange of our logo would stand off the black mugs. The mugs arrived with the orange printed directly onto the black, meaning they looked brown - exactly not what we agreed. EB sent a courier to collect the goods. I called for Jay last week, he did not contact me back, but did contact my colleague back after they chased. I called today, told as usual that Jay is not available. I said I would wait, the lady on the other end said ok, bye and hung up. Called again, trying to resolve the issue now. There should not be so many issues with simply getting mugs printed as agreed. Case now passed onto manager - Jake.”

“When I first contacted Everything Branded, I was put in touch with Cameron who was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and managed to get my order approved on the same day as I needed a quick dispatch. “Please please do NOT USE THIS COMPANY . They use cheap quality stuff and DO NOT DELIVER ITEM ON TIME . iTS A FRAUD AND I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM . People like Darren / Cameron gives false promises and the so called MD Mandip Chana is a lier . Please do not use them .”

“Out of 5 stars, Adam Squires deserves 10. We were looking for a specific branded product and contacted several suppliers. Adam caught our requirements right away and presented us with great options. He showed clear interest in our request and took his time to have a back-and-forth dialogue with us. During this process we decided to order another branded product from him. He was flexible to arrange a priority shipping of two samples, and everything went perfectly with the main delivery as well. When we ran out of the branded product on the exhibition we were attending, Adam went above and beyond to try to secure us express production and delivery of more. This turned out to not be possible but we are extremely happy with the quick reaction from Adam. We are now preparing to place a new order. Additionally, we plan to order even more for next year's exhibition.”
