Aaliyah saved the order. If it had not been for her excellent service in getting my order right (eventually) I would have pulled out. Competitively priced the balloon printers let the company down but we got there in the end.

Really bad experience with 1st order. Complained and received 10% refund against next order. Was the looked after by Vishal Govind, who was superb. Thorough, quick and reliable. Would only return if he helped me again!

Jasmin was great and very helpful when processing the order. Unfortunately the order did not arrive when needed on the Friday but Jasmin promptly arranged for the earliest delivery on the Monday morning.

Reasonably happy with the product and price point. Only problem is that the way the artwork was presented. As a first time buyer it was not pointed out to me how directional the text on the pen barrel would be. As consequence the company name on one side is not congruent with the phone number on the other.

Another Great service provided by Samuel with my order, and some good sound input on getting the best presentation for my promotional package. Callum Burton picked up my enquiry and dealt with it in a quick and professional manner. However, my product was much more expensive that advertised on the website which was disappointing (and ate away at pretty much all our profit).

Ordered some branded coffee mugs at the end of May and did not receive the goods nor heard from Everything Branded by the end of July. Needless to say, the post sale services are poor!! I called to chase. The mugs finally arrived however with near 20% of the order were damaged/broken during the transportation. Another three weeks gone by, the replacement of the broken mugs have been delivered. It has taken 3 months from placing an order to receiving the goods! The only reason I am giving it a 3-star is because the sales lady, Mollianne Coltman has made good effort to resolve the issues after my complaint.

I ordered some mugs, Everything Branded were efficient. I would use them again, but they need to update their systems to make sure that they have the correct contact details, as my order had a previous employee on their tab, after she had left over a year ago, and Everything Branded had my contact details but were not put on the order. Fortunately our staff knew that the order was for me.

The final product was good but it was nail biting wondering if the package was going to turn up on time. We had to keep nudging Emma via the website as she rarely responded to emails and wouldn't call back when we left messages. When the products didn't turn up on time, we emailed to chase them but got no response. They finally turned up later than forecast but just in time for our exhibition. Phew. Not sure if we would use Everything Branded again or if we did we would order our stuff several months early to be on the safe side!

Good service, Billy was good, ensured there was follow up. Payment problems on the Everything Branded online payment portal but the accounts team were happy to open an account to ensure the products were manufactured on time. Delivery was good, product worked and was fit for purpose.

Happy enough. There was a misunderstanding on my part with the size of the bag as I thought the print size was the actual size of the bag. There was very little movement on price when I reordered a smaller bag.

The first batch of stationary was below the desired quality but they were extremely quick to organise free collection and the replacement stationary was sent swiftly and to a much higher quality. Excellent customer service throughout from Louis Allen, which is pretty key when you're initially unhappy with the first order.

The service was great, very helpful and efficient. The main issue was that when the goods arrived, many of the sports water bottles that we ordered had been printed incorrectly, missing a letter off the strap line of our logo and had numerous scratches in the paintwork. This issue was only found on the sports waterbottles, and that was disappointing. The other goods we ordered were fine, and went down a treat.

You initially got the order wrong and did not undertake the artwork requested; I had to remind you. Bad mark. The badges have arrived one day earlier than stated. Good mark. I will recommend you, and may use you again, but only just.

There was an amendment we had to make to your initial artwork, which was corrected within the hour. As you said, this didn’t delay your order as the products were delivered a day early. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were willing to visit us to discuss and show us some samples. When we received our order of branded memorabilia mugs, the print was wrong but they quickly collected them and reprinted within a week. We got them back before the day of the event and they went down really well with guests and employees. The print is a really good quality, not cheap and easy to scratch off like some. Our current supplier was unable to meet our requirements and Everything branded did really well at meeting them. The price is almost half of what some large printing companies are and from experience the quality is better. You also get more options with designs and layout opposed to other printing companies we've used.
