Products are great and customer is too when you're ordering and spending money. Getting updates on deliveries and having them scheduled accurately has been incredibly stressful now. Three orders. Three horrendously stressful times. On hold with no answer by phone for over 10 minutes (long distance) and three days without an answer by email.

Ordered pens from Everything branded for an event, agreed proof with them however first ones came with print less than half size and replacement batch without phone number - aftersales service shocking, still waiting for them to get back with a solution or refund. The event has passed and we had to give out shoddy items to represent our company

I placed an order with the intent that I was gonna receive my product at a certain time and now just a week away, I am told my product won’t be delivered on time. Had I not done a follow up I would have never know as no one reached out to me, my payment was made and nothing had been processed for more then 30 days and no one cared to reach out. This was absolutely horrible and not a very good customer service. I now have no time to try and find something else. Horrible business to work with and poor communication.

It took a while for our new business to build the funds to buy our first batch of merchandise. We settled on Everything Branded because they agreed to beat the price of a competitor. We were pretty excited to open up the mugs when they arrived but....they were the wrong colour. Doesn't sound much, but we'd taken a good while to settle on a product and colour that matched our brand and to not receive what we'd ordered is more than annoying. Although the quotation Everything Branded sent us included confirmation of the colour we requested they have blamed us on the problem and refused to help, even going as far as saying that they're not told of the colour choice of a product when a customer makes an order or requests a quote. Quite ridiculous. So, after spending over £1000, a huge investment for us, we're left with a product that we don't want, and the subsequent complaints process has been even more painful than the rest. No responsibility taken at their end, no compromise, a rubbish end to what should have been an exciting step for our little project. If you're a small business that doesn't have money to lose, I can't recommend Everything Branded. Dealing with them has left us with 250 mugs that we'll find hard to sell, and a general bad taste from poor - even accusatory - customer service. You know the 'customer is always right' mantra? It doesn't apply with this bunch. I'm always happy to share the ins and outs (and communication) with anyone considering going through these guys. I write this review because I don't want anyone else to be as disappointed as we are. Now, I'm off to try and sell hundreds of mugs that we don't want. Argh!

I placed and paid for an order on 14/3/23 and rang to query why it had still not been delivered. Spent a significant length of time giving the order number, dates I'd issued the order, then date I wanted the order, all repeated back. Then was told he wanted my name, telephone number and email address. Unbelievably poor and slow service.

Utterly useless. Despite 3 emails and 2 phone conversations and multiple promises of artwork - still nothing 2 weeks later. Everything promised and nothing delivered.

They never get back. I was literally trying to give them our money but between requesting a quote (which was never replied to) sending 5 or so follow up emails (never got any replies) calling customer service twice to be told it was out of hours (it wasn’t, it was 20 minutes before closing) to then finally be put through (to then be hung up on). Tried to call back and couldn’t get through. Then got a voicemail that I would get an email the next morning with artwork options (that never came) I gave up and went to another supplier. Really poor and frustrating customer service and zero follow through. We’re a small healthcare charity and just don’t have time to waste like this. The only reason I’m writing a review is so others don’t waste their time with it too.

If I could award less stars I would do. A long drawn out process getting samples and even longer getting product. When it came in two of the lines were faulty. They refused to accept any responsibility for poor quality and misplaced printing. Eventually they did. Still waiiting for the agreed discount refund on stock we don't really want and the other faulty products to be replaced as agreed. E-mails and phone messages go unsanswered. It's been nearly 3 months. Oh, and we're a tiny charity. We don't have money to waste on merchandise. I'll go back to a local supplier.

Shocking products and even worse customer service! Signed off the proof before Christmas only for the bottles to arrive with the printing 50% the size of the proof and the colour being a 10% tint of the agreed colour. I contacted my account lead by email and was ignored. I contacted my account lead by phone and was ignored again. I then requested a full refund and mentioned the reasons (with photo proof) and was met with a sarcastic and petulant reply stating that I have signed off the proof and highlighting that I had sent the proof image of design instead of the final design 5 - pointless and time wasting message as the image on the final proof was BIGGER than the previous in version four - the colour remained the same throughout. It would suggest to me they get a lot of these complaints and resort to a default response. I asked to speak with a manager as to why the member of staff was trying to argue that the quality was terrible by suggesting I was looking at the wrong proof. I was told I had to follow procedure and the products we collected a week ago on Monday. I emailed Jordan to tell him that the bottles have been and have not heard back since. Not even a courtesy email to say he will look out for the bottles and refund the payment as soon as possible. I am not stuck with a company letting down a non profit children's football club and the club sitting around waiting for a refund to be made, with zero contact in between. I would never be using this company again and would rather pay extra and be provided with what was agreed and paid for and know there will be even the smallest customer service if ever a problem is met.

We were told that our Youth 7 custom hockey sticks would be here for our tournament in time. (Not promised as the sale rep would say) but was told that by the date we ordered - that production would be done and they would be shipped and to not worry. Well closer to our tournament I started to worry so I requested an update and Production was on time - so I figured that meant we were good to go. But then turns out that we weren’t - that I was going to have to pay extra for quick shipping because they weren’t going to make it in. Time. but just found out that they were shipped regular shipping and won’t be here on time either way. I followed up. I followed through. I paid extra to have these here and no one seemed to care or take the time to be on top of my order as much as I was. The sticks are no good next week as the tournament will be over. So none of the 5 year olds will get their sticks for their first tournament of their hockey lives. Super disappointed and I’ve seen nothing but bad customer service from this team that don’t seem to actually care about their service. They blame it on production or they are the middle man. If you’re the middle man.. it’s your job the ensure your job is being done which is watching the orders. When the sticks do arrive i will have to pay to have them all shipped out to the different cities in Alberta. At my own cost. Late. When they really won’t matter anymore. Bad customer service. Not quick to respond. Really disappointed as I was really excited for these to come for the kiddos.

Terrible experience from the start. Only some of the product arrived, the rest was supposed to follow. On arrival of the first batch the quality was disgusting (see video), I emailed to say they weren't good enough, and wanted a refund for the rest of my order which they ignored and after a couple of months the rest of the order cane at even a poorer quality, the print wasn't even clear before you touched them. One use and the writing is smudged!

This company is a fraud. It’s a bait and switch. The 5 star reviews are fake. They are the same on all the review sites. Stay away from this company.

Very Poor customer service & Delivery… Items were needed for a specific date, instead of saying this date can’t be archived payment was still taken and told it would be fine. Items arrived 5 days late & everything branded took no responsibility other then blaming 3rd party couriers who when you contact directly won’t disclose any information as they are then “senders” clients and nothing to do with the “receiver” I would highly recommend not paying upfront and paying once good have been received as Everything branded will not issue refunds

We tried to order from Everythign Branded and unfortunately were messed around. Promises of emails back, calls back, non happened and we've then been unable to hit deadlines with other suppliers who could do this. Very disappointed, we won't use again.

Very poor communication from the Territory Lead who I placed the initial order with in March. It is now July and I am still waiting on the order to be filled. We had to pay for the order in full before the order was processed, I was advised a 2 week lead time once payment was received. 10 days after confirming payment was made, I asked for an update and was told the order was never placed, I had to send on all the order information again. I received the first partial delivery of the order in May, which was 5 weeks after the order not 2 weeks, there were items missing, and no delivery note. When I emailed I was informed the missing items were ordered again. I was then advised the missing items weren't in stock and wouldn't be available until December. I have asked for a contact for a customer service representative to lodge a complaint, to date, none has been provided. I received several more deliveries at the end of June with more items missing. I wouldn't recommend to any small or large corporate company.

Very disappointed with the pens that been delivered because the printing is so much lighter than we agreed . They told me to send sample because they agreed it possibly an issue but now say it’s ok . Won’t use them again

Avoid, do not use. Dealt with Neil Ghadialy - we were supplied with branded notebooks that were incorrect. The wrong design was used and were cheap quality and not as promised. We returned them and as of 45 days later, have not refunded them. Have escalated with our card issuer.

Poor customer service. Once you have paid in advance the team's interest in your order is limited. Failed to meet two delivery dates. Two thirds of order missing. Then sent the wrong branded goods ( overseas pharmaceutical co) .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. You will not get your order on time even if you get told multiple times you will. You will have to call and email multiple times to even get any answers, they will say let me check into that and never get back to you. You'll get ignored, hung up on and everything else. And then if you have an issue with anything they do nothing to compensate you. They offer a discount on future orders, but after the horrible customer you recieved you are sure to never order from them again. Have had way better service with any promo. I'd suggest going through them. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DON'T ORDER THROUGH EVERYTHING BRANDED.

I ordered personalised tea cups and saucers for my wedding. The order got messed up and did not arrive. Truly gutted. I was then told that I could not get a refund. Really rubbish service
