Very poor experience dealing with this company. Lack of effective communication and then delivery of a product that was below the standard I expected. Dealing with them after this poor experience was again not good. A 50% refund was given on the product when a 100% refund should have been given. I have learned a lot from dealing with them and I will go to a smaller family run company for any future branding requirements.

This company is a total scam, shows prices online but when you go to order the quote a price three times as much! Plus the woman on the phone didn't even know where the company was based and said is was in LIE - Chester, lol! its all a big lie and a scam so avoid at all costs! You can not order online, you have to order over the phone, very dodgy.

We ordered 500 advertised "bike stands" from this company and I quote from their website that they "will prevent your bike sinking into soft ground". From the start, we specifically stated these were for a charity event which we were donating to and we'd need them for Christmas. The order was finalised and paid for on the 17th of November. A sample photo was sent on the 6th of December. The logo and design looked all OK, and we were happy with the design (albeit a bit small but we didn't mind this). On the 13th of December all 500 were received, however, I emailed them straight away to express our surprise and disappointment.... The "bike stands" are a soft silicone rubber, which is extremely soft and flexible. It wouldn't be difficult to figure out that such a soft compound will just sink into the ground and is not by any means suitable for holding 150+kg motorcycles on its side stand. Had we have known that they were made of rubber, we would not have ordered them. If you look at the typical materials for a motorcycle stand puck, they start off as an ABS plastic, something more solid and capable of stopping a bike from sinking into the ground. This proved even more problematic for us due to the promises we had made for a charity event with just a couple of weeks to go to find an alternative. The last thing that we want is these riders’ pride and joy sinking into the ground and our company as printed on the puck being responsible for it. I sent all videos and photos to demonstrate the unsuitability of the product on the 18th of December. Followed up again on the 20th of December. Followed up again on the 2nd of January 2024. And as I write this today (6th January) it has been almost 3 weeks since we've had any correspondence from EverythingBranded, in particular I name "Jake" and "Jay" who were meant to be dealing with our complaint.

Utterly shambolic. They've taken the money but over a month after the order was place there is no product, no delivery information, no refund, no communication. The live chat and telephone service (both presumably run by third-parties) make promises of email or telephone follow-up that never comes. If it goes on any longer, the next stop will be a report to the police for fraud.

What kind of company is this!!! seems like they don't want your business!! been trying to place an order since yesterday and all we get is someone will call you!!! They have an outside company that answers the call and says I will pass on the message and get someone to call you back without any time frame! They ask you to fill out the form on the website but it doesn't give any reference number same on the chat when it works! I hope you will take this feedback and do something with it! All I would say to everyone who needs items urgently good luck using this company!

Disorganised and useless. Having multiple items printed and all have gone wrong. Was under the impression that everything was being printed having been signed off and paid, but over a week later they're losing emails, and nothing is in production despite assurances it was. I'm now 36 hours away from our largest event of the year with no stock, and I'm cancelling half my Christmas pre-orders as Everything Branded is unable to produce what had been agreed. Waste of time. AVOID.

I previously gave a very high rated review of my experience with Everything Branded and Sam, our Account Manager but as the time has now come when I was assured our order would arrive that has changed significantly. Sam continues to attempt to be so very helpful but not really, not at all. I have already wasted enough time on this so I am summing up. Originally I was not going to pursue the order because of timing but Sam gave me a call and assured me it would be delivered in time. I was very clear from the get go about my absolute deadline of Nov. 15th. I reached out to him last week to find out the shipping details and he came back saying it will be shipped on the 8th. This week it turns out the factory is having supply issues and the batteries haven't arrived so the order will be delayed until Nov. 25th but good news another factory has 50 of them they willing to sell us at a reduced rate that MAY get in by next week. I respectfully request to cancel the order and am told it's not a possibility. I was explicit on my deadlines, assured they would be here and now they can't be completed because the factory is having supply issues, the order isn't even close to being shipped and the last communication today broaden the completion from one day to expand almost a full week. This situation calls for an order cancelation and refund.

If you want poor quality, use this company. We ordered bags that we paid for, were not made to our spec, and were printed in a way that rendered the finished production unusable. Print was uneven, rendered with a final color that was not to spec, and the overall quality was terrible. We didn't even ship the final production because it was unusable. When we asked for a partial refund, we were basically told no. I repeat - do not use or trust this company.

Looked on the website to buy some branded gin glasses and sent an enquiry in. The sales rep sent back everything but a gin glass quote, so I went back to her again to say I asked for a gin glass cost. She then told me that they no longer stock gin glasses. Explained maybe she should have started with that! She then just replied and said thanks for your response!! Rude customer service and attitude, great service from Normalya Mocado

I'm disappointed by the absence of a delivery date for my recent order and the unresponsiveness of your customer service team. I placed my order for straws on 31 August and have not received any information regarding its expected delivery. Ordered from Everything Branded - delivered on time and to a very tight deadline, great...... however 83 of the 250 ordered were incorrectly printed on the business logo to read Ali instead of All - contacted the company immediately no response for two months - and only then due to us following it up and cc'ing the company into the email rather than just the rep. Anyway back and forward emails wanting the same pictures of the printing error resent and then they ask for a photo of all 83!! really, as if anyone in business has the time to faff with all of that - DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY go somewhere where they will treat you fairly and appreciate your business!! Total joke.

Postage is terrible. I can get products direct from China for less that your UK postage. £14 for a small item is outrageous I think🤔👎

Terrible service It was only after I.ordered. the receipt said £14 delivery charge. For 1 kids backpack in red. Tried to cancel and no.one would get back to me. Also can't find an account in wich iv ordered. Wondering. If its a scam company

Avoid this company if you want high quality products delivered on time. I will never use this company again. I wish I could give no stars, but sadly that’s not an option. I placed an order needed for an event on the 5th July 2023. I submitted my final design to this company on 06/06/2023. We were assured in writing on 20/06/2023 that the notebooks WILL arrive the week after once production had finished. When they didn’t arrive the following week, I requested an update on 29/06/2023, and we were assured that the notebooks would arrive on 03/07/2023, also in writing. When I viewed the tracking, I saw that the notebooks were being delivered to completely the wrong address, despite the company having had the correct delivery address from day one. The item was refused delivery (as is to be expected as it arrived at the wrong address), and then got stuck in a ‘routing delay’. I was told over the phone multiple times on 29/06/2023 that my order would arrive on Monday, then on Tuesday I was told it would arrive in the afternoon, despite the package’s tracking never changing. The representative I was in contact with began to avoid my calls when I was looking for updates on my order, and I know this because when my colleague called from a different number, he picked up straight away. My order finally arrived two weeks late, and the quality is terrible. Firstly, the box the notebooks were delivered in was battered. The notebooks inside are flimsy, and many of the pens attached fell apart while taking the books out of the box. The colour binding is not accurate to the image online at all. The logo they have printed onto the books is COMPLETELY WRONG, as the white parts of the logo have been printed black, so it looks terrible – according to the terms and conditions the company ‘reserves the right to change any colours’, but I fail to see how changing white to black falls under that disclaimer. I have been lied to both over the phone and via email, and have had promises made that have gone completely unfulfilled. We are extremely disappointed with the service and poor quality provided from this company – they were incredibly keen for us to place the order, and we have been completely let down by them from every angle.

Truly awful. Took $3k from me for branded delegate bags. Despite signing off on time and being promised numerous times the bands never turned up. Constantly told they were being shipped but never received tracking number. They blame the distributors and told me I need to try and get my money back from them. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend.

Ordered 20 mugs for the team as a gift. Was sent 9 of 20. Company is refusing to send the 11 missing mugs saying they sent them, but they didn't. They are refusing to put the situation right and are essentially saying we lied. Buyer beware.
