If I could give zero stars, I would. This has genuinely been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. The account managers appear to have little interest in providing a quality service, attention to detail is severely lacking, and overall customer care is extremely poor. I’ve raised multiple issues throughout the process, yet nothing has changed — which speaks volumes about their internal standards and attitude towards clients. Some of the key issues I’ve faced include: Major discrepancies between proof versions: The final proof sent for approval was completely different from the one I had originally signed off. Unauthorised changes to branding: Our company logos and artwork were altered without explanation or approval. Repeated quoting errors: I requested quotes for embroidered polos (two positions) and was instead sent a quote for printed polos. After flagging this, the revised quote still came back incorrect.. one position embroidered, one printed. Lack of product detail: The order form didn’t include any breakdown of sizes or men's/women's polo options. I had to chase this several times, especially important given that we’ve previously received incorrect items. Incorrect product specifications: I requested quotes for A5 notebooks. I was quoted and invoiced for A5, but the final invoice showed A6. After raising this, the price was increased rather than corrected, and no apology was offered. The final straw was receiving a final proof that, once again, differed significantly from what I had approved, including changes to our branding. I informed the account manager that I wouldn’t be proceeding, as I had completely lost confidence in their ability to get the order right. I was about to go on leave for three weeks to get married and needed reassurance that the order would be accurate, something this company had repeatedly failed to provide. I was later contacted by the customer care team asking why I was dissatisfied. I explained the situation clearly and requested a refund, as I had already given the company several opportunities to put things right — all of which had been wasted. Since then, I have been completely ignored. I’ve sent two follow-up emails, but have received no response and no refund. This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

Ordered on the 10th as a sample no logo, so you would've thought delivery would be quick especially as I paid £15. 9 days later and 3 emails with no reply! If anyone reads this before you order you're in luck, don't order you won't get anything.

The Bandanas are listed on the website as 22” x 22” x 29”, which means INCHES. The bandanas provided were tiny and not even close to that size. The website lists them as BIG DOGGY BANDANAS- they barely can be tied around my 4.5 lb chihuahua. The photo on the website also shows a big dog. It’s total misrepresentation of what we received. Follow up for a replacement item or a refund has been met with GHOSTING. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!

It's all f a k e. I have been told that I receive my profit once my trade is done and later they asked me to pay last time taxes and fees and then you will receive profit. After that all I paid, they asked me to pay more and more then only I received money. And it happened like this more than 4 times and I kept on paying money but I did not receive any sort of money. And some of their staff threatened me to pay money for them, then only I can receive the money. It's nothing but c h e a t i n g with people's money. There is no concept of paying profits to the people but to cheat with people. Actually I was about to forget about my money before my sister found out about Chelsy Desmarais. We reported the whole issue to her, even with the fact that we were skeptical at first, but she really surprised me by getting back my money to my bank account. We placed an £800 order in August 2024 but it never arrived. Over 4 months later we've received neither a refund nor the order. The company claimed they tried to deliver it but we did not receive any dispatch or tracking information and then the company later said our order was lost and offered a refund but after chasing several times no refund has been received.

I ordered T-shirts, mugs, and water bottles worth £1,417.20 for a corporate event on November 20th. Despite confirming delivery for that date, they later provided delivery dates on November 21st and 26th—after the event. We requested delivery directly to the venue on the 20th, which they initially agreed to. On the 19th, they claimed the items were delivered but provided proof showing £350 worth of items abandoned on the road, stating they “did not know whom to hand it over to.” The remaining items are still undelivered, and customer support has been unhelpful, refusing a refund or taking accountability. They blatantly claimed, "they have no control over delivery." Having worked with many vendors across different countries, this has been our first and worst experience to date. EverythingBranded lacks professionalism, offers no concrete proof of delivery, and takes no responsibility for their mistakes.

I ordered t shirt. And business card it's not good quality for t shirt. And the business card takes longer. It's worth، £500. Not recommended them.

Would give this company zero stars if that was an option. They sent us stock with the logo printed upside down and refused to fix the order, no refund, very poor communication. We now have no promotional material we can use for an important exhibition we have coming up. Will not use this company ever again, would not recommend anyone to use this company.

I had the worst experience with Everything Branded. They did not label my boxes properly (I reminded many times) and they were lost because of this. £1700 were thrown away and noone took responsibility for that. I do not recommend this company.

Terrible Experience - Missed Deadline, Poor Customer Service, and Damaged Goods We placed an order and paid as instructed, with a guaranteed delivery date for an important event. They accepted the payment, received our artwork, and once again confirmed delivery in time for the event. However, the very next day, we were informed that the merchandise would not arrive in time but rather four days after the event. These were basic items like pens and tote bags, with a promised quick turnaround. Upon hearing of the delay, we immediately canceled the order as it would no longer serve its purpose. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund and even went ahead and processed the orders less than two hours after the cancellation. To make matters worse, the packaging arrived so badly damaged that half of the pens we ordered were missing due to a gaping hole in the box. They are now refusing to refund and despite chasing them them twice for a response, I’m still waiting patiently for them to reply to any of my emails to sort the matter and apologise for the poor service. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I wont be using them again going forward. If I could give 0/5 for customer service I would however the score only starts at 1.

I ordered a single sample item 5th June, heard nothing, chased up twice, fobbed off with 'will pass on to sales' phoned 17th June and only after persistence told the item is not sold by Everything Branded and they would look at refunding my money. At no point did anyone get back to me, despite promises. Absolute waste of space, try someone else.

Normaliya Mocado is poor at communication and is very misleading. If you are speaking to her, consider changing your contact unless you're happy not knowing anything that's going on. Did not listen, did not give updates and does not take accountability.

Ordered cotton tote-bags and mugs with our company branding in plenty of time. The tote bags arrived printed in the wrong colour, and our mugs were swapped for someone else's so we got the wrong branded mugs. Uplift and re-delivery was a total screw-up with promise after promise until available time ran out. So, two products ordered and none delivered satisfactorily leaving us high and dry for a major event. Seriously unimpressed.

Very poor experience dealing with this company. Lack of effective communication and then delivery of a product that was below the standard I expected. Dealing with them after this poor experience was again not good. A 50% refund was given on the product when a 100% refund should have been given. I have learned a lot from dealing with them and I will go to a smaller family run company for any future branding requirements.

This company is a total scam, shows prices online but when you go to order the quote a price three times as much! Plus the woman on the phone didn't even know where the company was based and said is was in LIE - Chester, lol! its all a big lie and a scam so avoid at all costs! You can not order online, you have to order over the phone, very dodgy.

We ordered 500 advertised "bike stands" from this company and I quote from their website that they "will prevent your bike sinking into soft ground". From the start, we specifically stated these were for a charity event which we were donating to and we'd need them for Christmas. The order was finalised and paid for on the 17th of November. A sample photo was sent on the 6th of December. The logo and design looked all OK, and we were happy with the design (albeit a bit small but we didn't mind this). On the 13th of December all 500 were received, however, I emailed them straight away to express our surprise and disappointment.... The "bike stands" are a soft silicone rubber, which is extremely soft and flexible. It wouldn't be difficult to figure out that such a soft compound will just sink into the ground and is not by any means suitable for holding 150+kg motorcycles on its side stand. Had we have known that they were made of rubber, we would not have ordered them. If you look at the typical materials for a motorcycle stand puck, they start off as an ABS plastic, something more solid and capable of stopping a bike from sinking into the ground. This proved even more problematic for us due to the promises we had made for a charity event with just a couple of weeks to go to find an alternative. The last thing that we want is these riders’ pride and joy sinking into the ground and our company as printed on the puck being responsible for it. I sent all videos and photos to demonstrate the unsuitability of the product on the 18th of December. Followed up again on the 20th of December. Followed up again on the 2nd of January 2024. And as I write this today (6th January) it has been almost 3 weeks since we've had any correspondence from EverythingBranded, in particular I name "Jake" and "Jay" who were meant to be dealing with our complaint.

Utterly shambolic. They've taken the money but over a month after the order was place there is no product, no delivery information, no refund, no communication. The live chat and telephone service (both presumably run by third-parties) make promises of email or telephone follow-up that never comes. If it goes on any longer, the next stop will be a report to the police for fraud.

What kind of company is this!!! seems like they don't want your business!! been trying to place an order since yesterday and all we get is someone will call you!!! They have an outside company that answers the call and says I will pass on the message and get someone to call you back without any time frame! They ask you to fill out the form on the website but it doesn't give any reference number same on the chat when it works! I hope you will take this feedback and do something with it! All I would say to everyone who needs items urgently good luck using this company!

Disorganised and useless. Having multiple items printed and all have gone wrong. Was under the impression that everything was being printed having been signed off and paid, but over a week later they're losing emails, and nothing is in production despite assurances it was. I'm now 36 hours away from our largest event of the year with no stock, and I'm cancelling half my Christmas pre-orders as Everything Branded is unable to produce what had been agreed. Waste of time. AVOID.
