“While the products weren't exactly what i was looking for the customer service was excellent. I asked for help to pick up a large box and they immediately responded, sent couriers and agreed to refund me without any qualms. Polite, responsive and professional customer service.”

“This artificial instant hedging is amazing, I needed it to block a view of an unsightly extension that has recently been built next to my property and it has done just that, in fact, my garden is more private and the view of the hedge is better than the view before the unsightly extension! Evergreen, your staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant on the telephone. The whole transaction from start to finish has been a joy. I would highly recommend.”

“Thanks Evergreen for you lovely service. I searched long and hard for the best value product I could, and found Evergreen. I was worried that the quality/service my not be up to scratch due to the massively lower price compared to other suppliers I found online. I shouldn't have been worried I now have the most realistic artificial hedge, vertical garden and bay trees in my hotel. Many visitors ask where we got them from and I tell them Evergreen with high recommendations.”

“Terrible customer service. We phoned Customer Service & they confirmed we could specify delivery for a day the following week as we would be away until then then. When we ordered we specified delivery for the next Monday but they delivered on the Friday beforehand. This has caused us significant problems. When I complained Customer Service said it was the delivery companies fault and nothing to do with Evergreen. They also said they couldn't monitor deliveries by their delivery company because they closed on Saturdays which is irrelevant as the delivery was on a Friday. A company that treats customers with such disdain does not deserve to be in business. The artificial flowers are okay, but the "stones" that come with them were in a package with a mass of tape around them making it very difficult to open. The "stones" were extremely small and covered with a gloopy glue. There were no instructions on what to do with them and putting them onto the container was an extremely messy business with stones and glue getting everywhere. I recommend people avoid this company.”

Dear Adrian, We appreciate you taking the time to give feedback. We also appreciate your frustration on this order as it is shared with our team. In order to take delivery on a Monday we have to dispatch an order on a Friday and send it on a next working day delivery service. For some reason our external courier company (APC) upgraded your service without notifying us and actually delivered it to your property on the 30th July which was a Saturday. This is a service that the couriers usually charge for, and is not something we would expect them to do without instruction. Due to our office hours being Monday-Friday 9am til 5pm we were not notified about this issue until Monday 1st August by then the parcel was already with you. We have passed on your feedback to APC who have apologised for the inconvenience this has caused, and we at Evergreen reiterate this. In terms of the pre glued stones, we send these separately in a bag for you to apply in situ to ensure the stones do not come lose in transit and scratch your planter. The instructions on how to apply these stone are on your dispatch email and it is as simple as emptying the stones, onto the top of the planter, making sure they are level and leaving to dry. If you ever need any further assistance with you plants then give us a call and we are happy to talk you through what is required step by step. I hope now all you planting is delivered and in situ you are happy with the final result. “Love the colour of the blooms but the leaves stick up at an angle which shows the plastic 'vein' of the leaves and so doesn't look at all natural... SO I took them off and put the blooms amongst other foliage... Hope this helps”

“Good product that considerably enhances the appearance of my apartment's balcony. However, the product is a faff to set up requiring the tedious and time-consuming placement of wet, guey, gravel into the corners of the pot with a tea-spoon. This really should be done during the manufacturing process.”

“This is the third time I have ordered from Evergreen and I am a very happy customer. The plants are excellent quality, very realistic, packaged with care and are delivered on time. I have used my plants outside (to cheer up a holiday home courtyard) and even the plants which are not specifically for external use, still look brilliant after four years in sea air, rain and wind. I gently clean the leaves every six months or so to keep them looking fresh, but apart from that, they have been wonderfully maintenance free. I have recommended Evergreen to several people, my aunt recently ordered some hanging baskets and absolutely loves them.”
