“Arrived very well packaged. Easy to open out the leaves and get a good shape. Very impressed with final result.”

“Love the colour of the blooms but the leaves stick up at an angle which shows the plastic 'vein' of the leaves and so doesn't look at all natural... SO I took them off and put the blooms amongst other foliage... Hope this helps”

“Good product that considerably enhances the appearance of my apartment's balcony. However, the product is a faff to set up requiring the tedious and time-consuming placement of wet, guey, gravel into the corners of the pot with a tea-spoon. This really should be done during the manufacturing process.”

“This is the third time I have ordered from Evergreen and I am a very happy customer. The plants are excellent quality, very realistic, packaged with care and are delivered on time. I have used my plants outside (to cheer up a holiday home courtyard) and even the plants which are not specifically for external use, still look brilliant after four years in sea air, rain and wind. I gently clean the leaves every six months or so to keep them looking fresh, but apart from that, they have been wonderfully maintenance free. I have recommended Evergreen to several people, my aunt recently ordered some hanging baskets and absolutely loves them.”

“We ordered 2 of the Mountain Palms. They were dispatched incredibly quickly and look great, really authentic and they really finish off our Lobby area nicely! We potted them ourselves though. Thanks”

“Can't praise Evergreen enough. I ordered an artificial hedge, everyone thinks it is real! Fits my space perfectly (it was made to measure...very accurately). Everyone I spoke to gave great advice. In summary great product, great service. Thank you”

“I would like to thank Evergreen for their first class service. There product knowledge and advice was second to none. I ordered a bespoke hedge to fit a obscure shaped planter and it arrived and slotted in seamlessly. Wish there were more companies like Evergreen. I will be back from more”

“they are really lifelike ivies, unfortunately one of the stems was minus a large amount of leaves, but I have arranged it so that it does not show, I would have given the extra star had they been perfect.”

“My garden is full of box hedging hanging basket and potted plant plus palm trees all from Evergreen this is the second year of them standing in a south facing garden and they remain looking fantastic I highly recommend”

“Received in excellent health. Courier was very considerate of parcel (it wasn't marked as live plants). The money tree is lush and full, incredibly healthy, while the aloe vera plant is healthy and abundant large leaves/stems. Fabulous purchase, will definitely use this company again....”

“Loads and loads of leaves fell off I spent hours and pounds glueing them back on anf they ate fading after first summer sadly disappointed”

Thank you for taking the time out to feed back to us. I am very sorry to her your disappointing review. If you feel you have received a defective product we do have a full returns policy. The red maple tree is part of our ornamental indoor product range so is not suitable for outdoor use and unless protected like any fabric if exposed to direct sunlight will fade. We do have a range or UV stable products which have been protected against discolor or fading when exposed to direct sunlight, perhaps a product from this range would be more suitable.
