Terrible service especially Telford Stafford park. Will not listen to reason. Communication skills are not quite there. Can't even carry out basic tasks. Find alternatives that will give you the proper service you need.

Well what can I say, had my car repaired here at CANNOCK, it was a big electrical job, as wiring got wrapped around driveshaft, completely immobilized the vehicle. Kash kept us informed all along what he had to do.. cannot thank them enough, would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed car repairing.. Thankyou once again….

Was very dissapointed with the service I got from Eurofit on the Stafford Road Wolverhampton. I have always used Eurofit previously without any issues. However I went in on the 17th May with a puncture on my 6 month old Mercedes. I was told that the Tyre was previously plugged so would need to be replaced. I accepted this as they are the experts. But I went back to Mercedes to complain about them fitting deficient tyres to new cars. When they inspected it they found the tyre had not been plugged but was a genuine puncture in other words I was scammed by Eurofit. They also promised to phone me when the tyre was in NO phone call. I decided to go ahead with a replacement tyre they ordered in Mistake number two When I checked my wheel nut lock set 1 bolt was missing Once more I was promised a phone call Im still waiting

After taking my ford focus 2 weeks ago to say I had a problem between 50 and 70 mph vibration from front end to be told they couldn't find anything wrong..then book with another garage to tell me that passengers side drive shaft was no good even when I ask them to look at drive shift is totally unacceptable so now I have new drive shift at a cost of 250 and everything is fine would not recommend euro fit at bloxwich walsall..they don't care

Eurofit Cannock I have used this centre for the last 3 years or so for MOT’s and previously had good service so this most recent visit was disappointing. Pre booked an MOT at 10.15 on Saturday 16th September. Got email confirmation which I took with me. Arrived just after 10 expecting to be done and away around 11 Person on reception told me that yes they had me booked in - at 11.30. Showed him the email confirming the 10.15 appointment which he just ignored and said No its 11.30. Handwritten diary showed my booking with a time which had been scribbled out and 11.30 written next to it - so clearly another job had come in and they had bumped me down the queue without telling me - no missed call or email advising change of time - which would have been ok had i known about it in advance. Was assured they would get the car in ASAP but there were 2 in front of it for MOT’s even though I’d arrived at the time confirmed on the email for my MOT. On returning about an hour later had to go through the whole story again with the same bloke who took my keys off me only an hour earlier. Was made to feel like their changing the time of my pre-confirmed appointment without telling me was my fault. No issues with the actual MOT test but was annoyed at the service and staff attitude. Reception area very tired and stunk of cigarettes. Poor enough experience to make me look elsewhere next time.

Used to have service & mot every year. Had a clutch fitted last year. Had nothing but trouble. Took car back 3 times. Kept being told flywheel needed. Special type required, about a grand. Haven't been back. Went to a1 Clutches quoted £370 for complete clutch & told flywheel is standard. Never going there again or recommend it.

Bad communication Got impression didn’t want to work Saturday as half a day Told no tyre ordered have to rearrange, no tracking machine offline put remarkably available Monday. Did rearrange tyre for Saturday, reception was rude and bordering on aggressive did it reluctantly after finally finding tyre disappointing service won’t use again. Never now the prices either.

After taking my car every year for several years (MOT and service) and having the odd things done in between. I had an issue with a loud lawnmower/moped type noise coming from the drivers side of the car. I took it to Kwik Fit for a free exhaust check in passing, they couldn’t get to the bottom of the noise in the time but told me I had a fuel leak. Took it in to my usual Eurofit (Wednesfield road) who advised that was incorrect and continued to look at the car in relation to the noise. After taking it back to them on 3/4 occasions (which they advised but only looked under it once) they changed the crankshaft pulley (£320) and when the noise hadn’t gone, said I’d have to wait for the noise to get much louder before they can pin point the issue. Fast forward 3 weeks later, on the recommendation of a family friend I booked in with a Mini breakers out of town who advised that the sound was coming from the auxillary belt tensioner right above the changed pulley and I’d have been better off putting on the full damper kit for an extra £100 (which included the pulley, belt and tensioner all genuine parts) as changing them individually in coming months would work out more expensive. They also confirmed there is a fuel leak so I’d need a new pipe, as well as a turbo intake elbow. None of the above spotted by Eurofit in the several times I’d been or my last MOT and service 2/3 months prior. When I took the non genuine part they’d fitted back to them to organise a refund and explained everything (over £1000 later) they said they couldn’t do anything, sorry for missing the fuel leak and that they’d “sort me out in the future”. Not even an attempt to retain the loyal custom. No offer to even part refund the labour as a gesture of goodwill. … Yes, because of course I’ll bring my car back to you in future, why wouldn’t I Extremely disappointing Eurofit Wednesfield (Wolverhampton road).

I've used the Bloxwich branch over the past few years without any issues, but this year we had a bad experience. Not sure if this is down to them being too busy (they said they had 50+ cars per day to work on), or new mechanics etc... but we won't consider going back to this branch again. We had an MOT and FULL SERVICE. We needed brakes doing, and otherwise all good... this cost us around £300 total. Within days of coming away, the car was spluttering and juddering and cutting out. We took it back, and a new problem came up within 24 hours that we hadn't have before. We reluctantly accepted it was a coincidence and had piping replaced (over a £100). We took it away, and within a day or so it was juddering again and cutting out. So we took it back, they kept it for days and they charged us again for another problem. We took it away, and then again within days it got really bad. Juddering again, but now also a clunking and roaring sound beneath. We opted AGAINST taking it back to EuroFit, and had another mechanic take a look. He said they have exaggerated some work that was done, and wasn't impressed some things hadn't been found -- especially after a full service AND the 'work' that had been carried out. It is now having a clutch replacement. As I said, we have never had this problem before - but we won't go back to Eurofit again. We will have spent over £1000 on it since taking it in for a routine MOT and SERVICE.

I have done an MOT to my 3 years old car and didn't pass because of the front wheel bearing that apparently was doing nois( when wasn't I could hear any noise) and want charge me £255 to fit a new one on. So I decided to bring the car to another garage and the car passed the MOT without any mention about the wheel bearing. This is how to lose a costumer that has always gone there every time for any service and MOT. This is a second problem I had from them. The first time I brought my old car to change disk brakes and pads few days later my tyre burst at the time I was taking the wheel nuts from the tyre I've noticed that they rounded off the wheel nuts and It cost me £80 to take it off. The only ones that touched the tyres have been them. But that is another story.

Very poor after care service. While returning my car for a repair that should have been picked up, waiting in reception a customer came back with a car he had returned repair twice before. 😔 Very uncomfortable conversation with a room full of customers. Another customer, who had booked an appointment, had to wait, had to leave, as she had to pick children (another disappointed customer). Having waited for some time, for a sensor light to be turned of.... as soon as I left the garage the light came back on. Another very disappointed customer. Had to return to the garage. Won’t use this company again.
