“I went to have my annual service and MOT this year (Stafford branch) and they replaced one of the front lower suspension arms. When I got home and checked my invoice from last year, I noticed that they had replaced both front lower suspension arms on my car last year. The car has done less than 2000 miles since then so it can’t have worn out that quickly. They were ignoring my emails so I went in to query it and was told it had perished so quickly because they use cheap parts and because the vehicle has been sat for a long time. I’m not quite sure I believe this (the last part anyway - the previous one lasted 11 years before needing to be replaced). The part was 3 days outside of their parts warranty so they couldn’t do anything to resolve it. I believe they also lied to me last year about having done the tracking as part of the service after replacing the suspension arms, as I was asked to go back so they could check the tracking again after it had ‘bedded in’ and was told when I went back that the tracking rod ends had seized so needed to be replaced before they could adjust the tracking, so they can’t have done the tracking previously.”

“Engine warning light popped on my dash today. Looked up garages on google and this was the nearest. Within minutes the guy was out on the car park in the freezing cold checking the diagnostics and oil while I enjoyed a complimentary hot chocolate in the waiting room. I was back on the road in less than half an hour thanks to the super guys at Eurofit. Thank you.”

“Great service from Stafford park depo in Telford Booked in for 2 tyres Saturday morning and I managed to get a few hours off work Friday afternoon so went up and asked if i could get in early. I spoke to Ian and he sorted this for me and then I had the tyres fitted within 30 minutes of me being there. Only downside to the visit was that the reception area was untidy but that didn’t ruin the experience.”

“Euro fit were great i booked through a 3rd party website which said they had passed on my details but didn’t still called and spoke to euro fit directly and they were still able to fit me in for the day i needed and kept me up to date about times and what was going on which was a wait off my mind so thank you euro fit”
