Beware new drivers, my Son has an insurance black box fitted on the car. After picking the car up from the garage after it’s MOT/Service. The Insurance flagged up the car had been used on the day taken to three various locations and three broken speed warnings, I understand a test drive and obviously have no problems with that but speeding!!!! Also no response from customer services, very poor so save yourself all the hard work if you are trying to keep your insurance percentages up to lower your insurance cost. This can’t be the first car Eurofit have worked on with a black box either so they should know better about location tracking never mind the speeding!!!

I emailed hello@eurofitautocentres.co.uk before posting this review as thought I'd give them chance to look in to my issue but disappointingly never got a response. So here's my recent experience. I recently went for a wheel alignment at your Wolverhampton Branch in Gorsebrook Rd. I'm not sure if you've got an issue with you alignment machine or if its a training issue but please read at about my recent experience below. Last Saturday morning I went for a wheel alignment. The service receptionist confirmed the alignment was out on my car so I authorised the mechanic to make some adjustments. After paying and taking the car home I noticed the steering was off to the right. I took it back and after a long wait, the mechanic made some further adjustments, I took the car for another drive and the steering wheel was even more off to the right. By this time it was midday and 3 hours had passed since I had arrived at the garage at 9am. After all the waiting around and steering alignment issues I decided I'd lost confidence in the mechanic to get it right. Whilst driving home on the off chance I went past another garage advertising alignment checks, so popped in just to get there opinion and to double check the alignment was correct. The other garage confirmed it was misaligned. They spent 10mins adjusting and the steering is now perfect. Please see a picture attached of the alignment from the other garage straight after visiting eurofit. Annoyingly I wasn’t offered a before and after print out by eurofit so I am unable to see what was adjusted. So I'm not too sure if you've got an issue with your alignment machine or if its training issue but clearly something is wrong. I wasted several hours Saturday morning and the end result was a misaligned car and £30 lighter.

tyre fitter managed to destroy the wheel locking key when changing a tyre, did not bother to admit it, basically called me a liar when i returned the car 3 days later when i noticed a standard bolt had been fitted, told me the locking wheel nut was not fitted when my son bought the car in, never use these people again,would have zero stars if the option was available

DO NOT USE. Paid £135 for a full service last year, was not done correctly. For clarity, it was the car's first service, being a 2020 reg. Went to have brakes fixed 5 months later after hearing clanking, was told by a garage they were dangerous and had not been checked. Recent annual service, by another garage confirmed the oil had not been changed and the air conditioning had not been done. Avoid.

bloxwich eurofit avoid terrible attitude not bothered to ring me back when told they would had to go to another garage who fixed my car same day , badly managed place they was sitting at the desk laughing on there phone while 2 other people are trying to fix cars joke avoid

Disgusted at the amount of people who were in the waiting room without masks on. I had to leave and wait outside then regused to go back inside the reception to pay. I work in a carehone and have seen many die of covid and have reduced visiting due to covid. Thankfully i was anle to 0ay for my new tyre wirhout going back in. Noone was questioned or guided to keep both staff and other service users safe.

Extremely poor & dissappointing experience! I rang Eurofit, Stafford Park firstly upon a recommendation to get three of my tyres changed. I was told 'yes of course bring it in at this date and time and we'll get it done'. So I drove all the way from Newport (20mins) to be told 'sorry we're too busy' even though this was supposedly booked in. So I organised my tyres to be done the very next day and was assured this was booked in and I wouldn't be turned away. So yet again I drove 20mins from Newport to be told the person who made my booking yesterday has left the company and it wasn't booked in and there was nothing they could do apart from book me in again at a later date. Now why would I have any trust in booking another time/date when I've been let down twice already. So I decided I'd go to the Eurofit in Halesfield instead and YET AGAIN! I made a booking over the phone, arrived on time for them to say oh sorry we don't have any booking of such. Fortunately after I explained my situation and what awful service I've had with this company the mechanics changed two of the three tyres but some how didn't have time to do the third. The problem with your company is that you've got amazing mechanics trying to plan, organise, schedule bookings and do pen work when they should stick to what they know best. Will never be using this company again. 1 out of 5 rating is generous.

In mid-August I paid £400 for four new tyres fitted. I asked them to check the condition of the brakes. When I collected my car I asked them whether they had checked the brakes and the manager had to ask the tyre fitter. When he came back he told me that they were fine. Forward two months to October and I start to hear a grinding noise from the rear wheels...brakes clearly need replacing. Eurofit couldn't fit my car in for five days so I went to an independent mechanic who got me in the same day. All four pads needed changing and two rear discs - another £400! If Eurofit had checked the brakes as requested they would have noticed that the rears were near the end and I would have had the pads replaced. As a result of them misleading me I have had to fork out extra for new discs. Sticking with the independent mechanic now!

I'm sorry but never again. I had service an MOT and had no problem till bigger job coming. My car is not right since. They missed car parts as well. Replaced with old scrap thing. I will keep away from them.

Please update your website. The Stafford branch does not open at 0830 on Sundays. Arrived at 0845 to find it closed and opening hours on door says not open on Sundays. Wasted journey, tyre replace done elsewhere.

I visited your garage wanting to replace two but probably all four tyres on my work van. I went into the reception area and waiting for over ten minutes. Four employees came into the reception and all four did not say a single word to me and (none of them wore a mask). They were more interested in riding an electric bicycle then greet me or serve me (or even say someone will be with me soon). I walked out of the reception with no one even noticing. The worst service from a tyre garage I have ever received. I work for a company that has an account with Eurofit and I will be advising the directors to find another provider.

Whatever work I have carried out is never very good as I have to bring my car back within days for correction work as something is not correctly done or other issues are caused. Avoid
