Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “This is the first time I have used Ergonomic Designs. Their website is excellent, not only is there a very wide variety of bathroom/ shower fittings from many different brands, but it provides extensive technical and graphic information in support. I rung them up prior to placing my order to check the availability of the items I wanted, and answer a few queries, and found them knowledgeable and helpful. The items were delivered as promised within just a few days of my order placement. During this period I was kept continually informed of order and delivery status by email. I am very impressed by the all-round performance of Ergonomic Designs.”

“Delivered unexpectedly with little notice (email less than 24h prior), and found no one in as myself and my wife work on weekdays - something I struggle to think of as uncommon. I was informed due to the missed delivery i'd have to pay the delivery fee (£45) again. Disputed this with an agent on the phone, who was completely unable to see the flaw in this. A disgraceful process, will never use this site again and will actively dissuade others from doing so in the future.”

Hi Chris, I can see that you placed your order on the 27th January. The order was despatched on the 30th January and you were sent a despatch email to the address on your order advising delivery was booked for the 31st January. As no one contacted us prior to delivery to advise that the day was not suitable, the delivery failed. As this was a large fragile goods order the items are sent with a specialist carrier and any redelivery is chargeable. Had you contacted us to advise this day was not suitable, we could have rearranged the delivery for free but as the items were sent out and delivery failed then the redelivery is chargeable im afraid.
