Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Great range of products at good prices. I've bought several items from Ergonomics and am impressed with their service. Emails and phone calls are answered right away. Everything is delivered on time. Problem with faulty shower valve was solved quickly and efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“Second time I’ve bought off ergonomic and the service is second to none happy with the products and the delivery if I have to be picky the £6.50 delivery charge for a shower arm 200mm long is a little expensive”

“Bought 2 showers off Ergonomic Designs for a house I was renovating, after several months I got round to fitting them and found I had lost a couple of important parts. Ergonomic posted spare parts to me and I received them the following day. Excellent product and service.”

“The products I bought were very well priced and arrived within two days. There was unfortunately a fault with one of the items, however the customer service response was excellent and the fault was rectified very quickly.”

“Sadly, my very expensive toilet seat had a chip/dent in when i got it out of the packaging. Ergonomic stated because i bought the item on the 21st Sept and didn't check it until November (that's when the plumbers went to fit it) there is nothing they can do about it as it should be checked within 48 hours. They completely took no responsibility and are off little help.”
