Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I ordered the oak coloured vanity unit. The picture looks a lot darker on their website than what was delivered. If I’m honest it looks cheap and something that wouldn’t look amiss in a caravan! Definitely not the look I’m going for in my new spa bathroom. I contacted the team to return but had to pay £55 for the privilege. They said the photos on the website is just for illustration purposes only and colour variation depends on light. Be very careful before ordering as this is nothing like Oak! It’s an expensive mistake as I had to pay delivery too so roughly £90 in total to open a box.”

“Do not order from this organisation. They do not believe you when you tell them the goods arrived were damaged and there is no flexibility at all with returns. I am refurbishing my property and the bathroom was last to do so I didn't open the box until we went to install. I had to buy a replacement from Wickes and will now have to throw out the damaged toilet I paid a lot of money for! NEVER AGAIN.........Also the delivery driver didnt even tell me they were delivering so it was all rushed and he was in a great hurry to get away! Now i know why!”

“New shower valve arrived promptly and was fitted into the exsisting system with out any issues. The valve is of a sleek solid design, and the action of the valve gives a feel of a product well made. I would buy this product again.”
