Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Delivery was quick but when I received my order, I checked on delivery but when it came to fitting it the bathroom workman said there was a piece missing - it’s not an obvious piece and not even labelled on the instructions so it wouldn’t have been noticed, it should’ve been attached. Was made to pay another £14.99 + £6.50 delivery for a small ring attachment which I felt was not fair when I had already spent £370 and it was a manufacturer fault.”

“Delivery was next day, so much so I had to reschedule the delivery to today Monday (had notification of a Saturday delivery). DHL site was very easy to use and change the day. Check parcel everything is present and OK. Looks very good quality and value especially the mixer valve. Up to now would give Eronomic Design 100% in every respects. Now looking forward to having it installed.”

“Was nervous about buying online without seeing the quality of the cloakroom vanity unit, but I am very happy with the quality, and a bonus that the unit came already built. Would recommend for competitive pricing, quality and next day delivery. However I changed the delivery date for a date convenient to me with no problem.”

“The whole process was so easy and delivery was really very fast. Unfortunately, we’ve got no room to open the boxes and check the sink, vanity and toilet unit but the boxes had no marks on, so we’re praying it’s as it all should be. We’re getting the bathroom sorted in early March and that’s when we’ll see it for the first time. We can’t wait!”
