Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “On that planet is a left hand L shaped vanity placed upon the right hand side? Company customer service and communication isnt good. They said they'd 'missed' emails and were very unhelpful when trying to return, apart from the fact they want £110 extra to collect and redeliver the correct item, they seemed to find reasons to not accept it back, unless it was in original unopened packaging (which it was) but what if id opened it and found a problem? I do not recommend at all, i definitely wouldn't buy from them again.”

“I was slightly nervous at ordering without seeing the bathroom vanity unit but I’ve unpacked it and am pleasantly surprised at the look and quality, it’s not fitted yet but feel sure it’ll look amazing. Delivery was also first class kept informed to the last minute.”

“Missing parts. 48 hours later and still no resolution. No phone number. Just email and wait. The products (that actually arrived) look decent but service goes a long way when there is a problem. And this is where we are being let down (especially when there are tradesmen waiting).”
