Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered a fluted oak vanity unit, product is great quality, looks gorgeous! Delivery was super quick next day was here. Had an enquiry from them before ordering and also during installation and both times they answered my question instantly on the website live chat and quickly also on email, great customer service and great product!”

“Just taken delivery of our bathroom. It arrived on time and with a smile and Friendly service. We have checked all boxes and everything appears to be there and in good condition. We have not yet fitted it but pleased so far.”

“We ordered the odesa arc 2 drawer vanity unit, we are so pleased with the quality of the product. The brushed brass tap we ordered is a lovely colour and of good quality. Delivery was speedy and efficient . Thank you Ergonomic Designs. We have now ordered the brushed brass shower.”

“I have spent months researching and been ordering bathroom fixtures, fittings and furniture since October last year ready for my bathroom renovation in 2 weeks time and have found myself consistently coming back to Ergonomics Designs as my go to store. Their range of items is excellent, the furniture in particular is great quality and all of it is at the best possible price I have found from all the stores I’ve visited. Delivery is always super quick and communication excellent. The latest order I have made an error with ordering the wrong colour mirror, one quick chat online and I’m ready to send the item back for a replacement with no quibbles. I have worked in sales and customer service for 30+ years and how a company deals with its customers is by far the most important factor to me. I can give Ergonomics designs 5 stars across all of my interactions, keep up the great work 👍”

“Bad service. I was sent a product with a part missing. I reported the matter and supplied photos as requested but still not received a reply. Quick to send product out but extremely slow to reply to issues. This is very bad on the customer satisfaction index.”
