Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ongoing issues with non delivery by courier. Apparently it takes 4 working days to investigate non delivery and provide update information. Not good enough. I am out of pocket £150 and am non the wiser as to what is happening.”

“Ordered the Odesa Arc 500mm 2 Drawer Wall Hung Vanity Unit And Basin In Fluted Oak. Super happy with the quality of the product, couldn’t find what we wanted elsewhere. Nice amount of options to choose from with the sink. Delivery was timely too, no complaints. Was a little sceptical from the website as it would always go through verification checks, but so glad we went for it!”

“Nice products. Unfortunately we had missing parts on our delivery, and our experience with getting new parts sent hasn't been very good compared to other suppliers we have dealt with on our project where we have been able to actually talk to someone and hear back within a few hours with a resolution. Ergonomic Designs don't do this.”

“I bought a beautiful bathroom vanity cupboard and I then needed to order a new draw because my sink wasn’t installed properly and water had gotten in one of the draws and it expanded, they were so fast at responding to my query and so helpful I would definitely buy again.”
