Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered a fluted oak vanity unit, product is great quality, looks gorgeous! Delivery was super quick next day was here. Had an enquiry from them before ordering and also during installation and both times they answered my question instantly on the website live chat and quickly also on email, great customer service and great product!”

“I purchased a shower for 15 months ago with a two year guarantee for £130. The item failed this month - the mixer won't work and I can only use the cold water. The company refused to support with this, claiming the small print of their policy excludes the parts of the product from the guarantee and requiring me to pay £66.50 (with delivery) for the replacement part. If parts which are completely integral to the functioning of the product are not included in the guarantee, it's essentially worthless. I would really encourage you to take your custom elsewhere, as any guarantees or warranties from this company will not be honoured.”

“Delivered packages with a combined weight of 84kg and expected the purchaser to help lift into property. It should not be expected that the purchaser to undertake the task. The purchaser had an injury and it was made worse by this task. Manning of courier should be reflect the products being delivered.”
