“The unit is nice but I was charged £6 delivery for an overflow that was sellotaped to a box and I’d already paid £35 delivery for… that takes the mick tbh”

“Really disappointed in these units. The drawers wouldn’t shut, hitting the base of the sink.”

“We bought the slim cloakroom vanity unit in green with sink and tap. The vanity unit is very good quality and a lovely sage green. The website photos look darker. It hasn’t been installed yet so no photos but we’re very pleased.”

“Part arrived in the wrong colour when I checked with contractor. Asked to return the two wrong colour parts and exchange for correct colour and was told I would need to lose 25% of the entire costs plus their £45 shipping each way. Charging over £250 for an exchange is extortionate and we don’t have the budget for considering it’s two pieces that need exchanging for correct colourway! I would avoid this retailer and will not use again”

“Having seen previous reviews we were a bit sceptical about ordering but decided to take the risk and have been really pleased with the service and products. We did have an issue with some damaged items which was recitified quickly. The products are good quality, delivery speedy, you can track the delivery on the day so you dont have to wait in all day and the customer service was excellent, responded and rectified quickly.”
