Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I found them most helpful for information and delivery was quick but I did delay delivery slightly which they were happy to do . Product was packed well. I am in the process of installing my shower enclosure but hopeful I will not be disappointed.”

“We bought a very beautiful mixer that we were so excited about. A carton was delivered without the item we ordered unfortunately. We reached out to customer service about this and they said nothing can be done as we didn’t reach out within 48 hours. It’s a £339 expense we’re excepted to just right off no questions asked due to no fault of our own. This is not acceptable as we bought it with our hard earned money and we deserve better support. All we want is the item we bought and paid for in full. Nothing more and nothing less.”

“Very happy with this company, the item isn't fitted yet but im delighted with it. Very secure delivery and updated at every stage of the journey. In fact, I missed the first delivery and they would not leave it at the door, instead they contacted me and made other arrangements to deliver another day. You also get a code to be confirmed to the delivery driver, this ensures it's going to the right person. Very good service”
