Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered a fluted oak vanity unit, product is great quality, looks gorgeous! Delivery was super quick next day was here. Had an enquiry from them before ordering and also during installation and both times they answered my question instantly on the website live chat and quickly also on email, great customer service and great product!”

“Delivery was quick but when I received my order, I checked on delivery but when it came to fitting it the bathroom workman said there was a piece missing - it’s not an obvious piece and not even labelled on the instructions so it wouldn’t have been noticed, it should’ve been attached. Was made to pay another £14.99 + £6.50 delivery for a small ring attachment which I felt was not fair when I had already spent £370 and it was a manufacturer fault.”

“Delivery was next day, so much so I had to reschedule the delivery to today Monday (had notification of a Saturday delivery). DHL site was very easy to use and change the day. Check parcel everything is present and OK. Looks very good quality and value especially the mixer valve. Up to now would give Eronomic Design 100% in every respects. Now looking forward to having it installed.”
