Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered a fluted oak vanity unit, product is great quality, looks gorgeous! Delivery was super quick next day was here. Had an enquiry from them before ordering and also during installation and both times they answered my question instantly on the website live chat and quickly also on email, great customer service and great product!”

“Product did not match the photos. We ordered a vanity unit which looked very appealing on the website. Delivery was quick but we’re disappointed by the quality and finish of the worktop. It was described as a ‘marble effect’ worktop so we did not expect anything close to marble of course, but the photos online had shown it with a nice glossy sheen, when in reality it’s a cheap looking matte laminate, no reflection. We’re having to get a custom replacement from a contractor as returning incurs restocking fees etc.”

“The delivery process you use is just not suitable for modern life. Most people between 18 and 65 have jobs which mean they cannot be in to receive items, so to not offer safe place or locker delivery is a waste of time. It would've been helpful to know this before order point.”

“We've not yet installed our new cloakroom vanity but having looked it over we are delighted with the look and the quality. We received it very quickly and would like to especially thank the delivery driver (sorry but not sure of his name) - he carried it in for us despite all the other work taking place at the moment and he was really hepful.”

“The shower thermostatic shower mixer unit arrived on time and was easily replaced for our old Bristan unit. The unit woks very well and easily copes with 'others' switching taps on and off when one is in the shower. So far, very satisfactory.”
