Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered a fluted oak vanity unit, product is great quality, looks gorgeous! Delivery was super quick next day was here. Had an enquiry from them before ordering and also during installation and both times they answered my question instantly on the website live chat and quickly also on email, great customer service and great product!”

“I purchased a basin tap and when it arrived it did not live up to expectations. The quality was poor. I have followed the procedure to return it on line and got no response. They have no phone number to use on line. So I have no other way to return said tap. . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Tried to return item as very heavy for wall and not what I expected. Customer service gave miss information and to return an item has been made so difficult. They go against your consumer rights. A terrible company to deal with. They wanted me to pay £30 to return. As it was made so difficult I paid £150 for nothing as they only gave me 7 days to return and due to working this was impossible.”
