On that planet is a left hand L shaped vanity placed upon the right hand side? Company customer service and communication isnt good. They said they'd 'missed' emails and were very unhelpful when trying to return, apart from the fact they want £110 extra to collect and redeliver the correct item, they seemed to find reasons to not accept it back, unless it was in original unopened packaging (which it was) but what if id opened it and found a problem? I do not recommend at all, i definitely wouldn't buy from them again.

Missing parts. 48 hours later and still no resolution. No phone number. Just email and wait. The products (that actually arrived) look decent but service goes a long way when there is a problem. And this is where we are being let down (especially when there are tradesmen waiting).

I have attempted to return my product within 48 hrs as it arrived scratched, it did not have the appropriate protective film. The bath tap itself is plastic. In the description says ABS chrome that to a lay person did not know this meant plastic. They responded requesting for photos that I sent on the same day and I am still chasing a response. Disappointing service when other companies have organised return pick up and refund promptly.

We have only recently completed installation of the vanity unit as part of ongoing renovation works, and upon installation we identified a clear defect in the basin. Specifically, the front edge of the basin is visibly uneven and warped, which affects both the appearance and finish of the unit. This was not apparent at the time of delivery and only became evident once installed and viewed in situ. Contacted customer support and offered £50 refund which we had to take. The personal cost of removing the unit and refitting would have made it too costly to return, although a return was not offered in any event. Check your product very carefully upon receipt!

As they put a PIN on all deliveries (even cheap plastic parts) I didn‘t even get the package. Can‘t take time off work to be in to sign whenever DPD send me a message saying they‘re coming. This is only for businesses, not private buyers.

Item never turned up on time even after phone calls promising delivery,5 days later from first delivery date had to cancel the plumber really messed us up

Bad service. I was sent a product with a part missing. I reported the matter and supplied photos as requested but still not received a reply. Quick to send product out but extremely slow to reply to issues. This is very bad on the customer satisfaction index.

The item itself is lovely, but the delivery service really let the whole experience down. Told it would arrive at 2pm, didn’t turn up until 5pm and then wouldn’t deliver to my 2nd floor flat, and I was given no opportunity to tell them that detail before they delivered. So it was left on the bottom floor and I had to try to get it up the stairs myself. Ergonomic designs wouldn’t offer a refund on the £30 I paid for this shockingly bad delivery service. Wouldn’t buy from here again purely for the delivery alone.

Booked my delivery slot for 05/01/26 was given an allocated time slot of 11am-7pm. On the day given an ETA for 14.05. Items were attempted to be delivered at 16.00. The driver dropped items and broke them.

I purchased a basin tap and when it arrived it did not live up to expectations. The quality was poor. I have followed the procedure to return it on line and got no response. They have no phone number to use on line. So I have no other way to return said tap. . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a shower for 15 months ago with a two year guarantee for £130. The item failed this month - the mixer won't work and I can only use the cold water. The company refused to support with this, claiming the small print of their policy excludes the parts of the product from the guarantee and requiring me to pay £66.50 (with delivery) for the replacement part. If parts which are completely integral to the functioning of the product are not included in the guarantee, it's essentially worthless. I would really encourage you to take your custom elsewhere, as any guarantees or warranties from this company will not be honoured.

Sold me poor quality item and no compensation offered at all. In less than 2 days all the hinges were rusty despite me confirming that there was no water leak nothing.
