I purchased a basin tap and when it arrived it did not live up to expectations. The quality was poor. I have followed the procedure to return it on line and got no response. They have no phone number to use on line. So I have no other way to return said tap. . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We have responded to both your emails with the return information. Please check your emails junk folder. You just need to send the items back to us with a copy of your order number for a refund to be processed.

I purchased a shower for 15 months ago with a two year guarantee for £130. The item failed this month - the mixer won't work and I can only use the cold water. The company refused to support with this, claiming the small print of their policy excludes the parts of the product from the guarantee and requiring me to pay £66.50 (with delivery) for the replacement part. If parts which are completely integral to the functioning of the product are not included in the guarantee, it's essentially worthless. I would really encourage you to take your custom elsewhere, as any guarantees or warranties from this company will not be honoured.

Sold me poor quality item and no compensation offered at all. In less than 2 days all the hinges were rusty despite me confirming that there was no water leak nothing.

WARNING - Do not buy anything from here they have sent faulty products and have charge me 60 pounds next day delivery even though the item is faulty and now will have to be delayed til next week after I spoke to the suppliers. They pushing the delivery cost as a supplier issue while I talked to the supplier and they said that it was an ergonomics issue. So I've not got a product on time still charged 60 pounds and being refused a refund or compensation for the delay.

Unable to receive the taps ordered as you require a pin number is used at time of delivery. We both work and can not take a day off every time we order something, we have a safe place listed for delivery that works very well for other deliveries

Tap did not get delivered - two attempts and then decision was made by your employee to have the tap returned to Ergonomics without consultation with me, the customer. I won’t be purchasing from you ever again.

Be careful, make sure you scroll through the full item listing as they like to include things on photographs but aren't included in the actual purchase. Complained to them to no avail. To be fair, the description does have the caveat BUT it is after the "Add to Cart" button so who goes past that? So, my advice, BE CAREFUL.....

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel the need to leave this however, we have responded to you timely and politely each time and offered to resolve the situation by collecting the item for a full refund. To explain the situation a little more, the toilet pan in the photo was not included with the toilet unit, neither was the cistern, the toilet brush, the toilet roll holder etc and these were all pictured but there has been no complaint these were not included. The description is indeed below the add to cart button, when purchasing online its always best to read the advert to check for suitability and expectation etc, the way the website is laid out, the only things above the add to cart button are the title and price, there is no details regarding the product specification above this, it is all below, as well as a short description clearly detailing what is and isnt included, there is also a full specification list specifically detailing that no the toilet is not included. I am sorry we have not been able to resolve this in this instance, i am not sure what more we could do, we have listed the product accurately and we have then offered to collect free of charge to resolve this for you if you were not happy with it.

Purchased Krad TRV as per website ad info, clearly states chrome finish. However, item received is white and chrome which is misleading, not happy as bought 5 TRVs Very poor

Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with my shopping experience. The customer service and product quality were poor. One of the items I received was broken, and I submitted a return request, but it has been over two days without any response. This kind of delay and lack of communication seriously damages customer trust. I hope in the future, return requests will be handled more promptly and professionally.

The delivery man wouldn’t leave the parcel with the builder so now have to wait for it to be re-delivered. There is no option on the tracking link to approve delivery to the builder

Hello, The delivery does not have to be delivered to the person on the order however the DPD deliveries are pin code protected, the builder just needed the code to accept the delivery, that you were sent by DPD. I explained this to yourself and the delivery was made that day with the pin code being given to the driver. I am unsure why a 1 star review was left surrounding this as no error was made on our behalf however I am glad you have received your item as expected. Kind regards Ergonomic Designs

Not delivered as driver went to wrong address. Impossible to communicate with delivery company and yourselves. No customer care service available only online form. Completed but ignored. Very shoddy customer care.

Terrible customer service. After cancelling part of an order and promised a refund they still sent the item. They acknowledged their mistake and apologise. I arranged to get the item returned but they refused to refund me throughout until the item was in their possession. Not sure why I am taking a financial hit for their mistake? After requesting a refund after I passed the item over to the courier they simply ignored my email.

Poor delivery options, no choice of a Saturday,or drop off point, don't order unless you'll be in 24/7. Waste of time and money

Ordered bath , missed the dropped down box for panel, bath turned up with out panel found out could have got it cheaper at local branch with out the delivery charge my fault for not realising but felt the whole experience was a waste of time, in the end ordered panel from local company who didn’t charge!

Solar brushed 2 way bath over flow filler, developed black spots from the first month of use, even though only used twice a week & wiped down after each use loks really bad please see video

Vanity chipped within 2 weeks of it being installed. Asked if I could order a replacement worktop and trying to charge me £100 for new worktop plus £89 for delivery!! I don’t recommended

Hi, I am sorry you have felt the need to leave this review we have done everything possible to get you sorted. I am sorry you have chipped your new worktop however we have no control over this. The replacement worktop quoted at the £89 delivery is the like for like version for what you had and does need to be sent with a fragile goods courier as it would not arrive whole if we sent it with a parcel courier, this delivery charge is the same as what you paid on your original order due to your postcode. We have offered you an alternative less fragile worktop, that can be sent with a parcel courier, in which case this delivery charge would just be £6.50. We have also advised that you would be able to source a replacement work top locally if the delivery options don't work for you. I do feel this review is unfair and does not come close to reflecting the whole picture and the options we have offered to get this resolved for you. I am unsure what more we can do to try and help you. kind regards Ergonomic Designs
