Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. Ordered bath , missed the dropped down box for panel, bath turned up with out panel found out could have got it cheaper at local branch with out the delivery charge my fault for not realising but felt the whole experience was a waste of time, in the end ordered panel from local company who didn’t charge!

Solar brushed 2 way bath over flow filler, developed black spots from the first month of use, even though only used twice a week & wiped down after each use loks really bad please see video

Vanity chipped within 2 weeks of it being installed. Asked if I could order a replacement worktop and trying to charge me £100 for new worktop plus £89 for delivery!! I don’t recommended

Hi, I am sorry you have felt the need to leave this review we have done everything possible to get you sorted. I am sorry you have chipped your new worktop however we have no control over this. The replacement worktop quoted at the £89 delivery is the like for like version for what you had and does need to be sent with a fragile goods courier as it would not arrive whole if we sent it with a parcel courier, this delivery charge is the same as what you paid on your original order due to your postcode. We have offered you an alternative less fragile worktop, that can be sent with a parcel courier, in which case this delivery charge would just be £6.50. We have also advised that you would be able to source a replacement work top locally if the delivery options don't work for you. I do feel this review is unfair and does not come close to reflecting the whole picture and the options we have offered to get this resolved for you. I am unsure what more we can do to try and help you. kind regards Ergonomic Designs

Beware of this companies delivery options as they are very misleading after ordering a shower screen and selecting direct delivery asked to put in postcode and then told estimated delivery Tuesday 29th October at an extre cost of £58 I then receive a call from the courier company on mon 28th to arrange delivery for thu/fri 31st/01st nov. Would not have ordered from this company if told 7 day delivery now left with no facilities for the next 10 days not ideal companies attitude is that the delivery is only estimated, but that is not what they say when ordering or on confirmation email BEWARE dodgy delivery times would not recommend dealing with this company very rude on phone can’t speak to a manager by phone only by email

They have refused to accept a return as box was opened despite their returns policy not being clear that boxes cannot be opened .They say that goods need to be returned to the manufacturer for reselling but this is not made clear on their website. I would avoid using this company as they seem to do everything possible to not make a refund to a customer.

Hi, thank you for your review, i am sorry you feel it was unclear however our returns policy is very standard and does detail items must be resellable. As you are aware we will have no hesitation in accepting returns of goods in a resellable condition, as we have accepted and refunded one of the two items you purchased. The second item could not be accepted as the packaging had been destroyed and therefore would not be accepted as new by another customer. There are also very clear labels on the products that you purchased warning you to fully check they are suitable for your install prior to opening as they cannot be returned once this has happened. I am sorry your have been left disappointed but again your very aware that we do not try and avoid returns by the full refund you have received on 1 of the quantity of two of these you purchased. kind regards Ergonomic Designs

Hi, Thank you for your review, I have looked into this and the manufacturer advised they did attempt to deliver as planned however there was roadworks present near to your address and the vehicle the driver was in was not allowed through, this is when the driver called to let you know, of course there was no way of knowing this previously as you had passed on no information regarding this for us to inform the manufacturer to send a smaller van. The driver delivered the following day in a smaller van. Sadly in this instance there was no way to avoid this situation from our end. kind regards beth

really unhappy that, after spending close to £500, the correct coloured push button wasn't packed and then was charged £8 because there is no way to prove that it didn't arrive! What's in it for me? I guess I could make lots of money from that £8 part.

Hi, i am really sorry that you are not happy with this outcome, i have looked into this and can see that this was delivered to yourself at the beginning of may and not reported missing at the time, for a part as small as this it would usually be offered a replacement free of charge, the difficulty in this situation was the item clearly visible in the drop photo of the delivery, the reason you have been charged on this occasion is due to this seeming very likely that the item has been misplaced after delivery. We have provided the photo evidence to help you locate the item so you know what you are looking for as it has been delivered however you have chosen to continue and purchase a replacement. I bought a close-coupled toilet from Ergonomic Designs but when I tried to install it, at first the cistern would not line up with the pan. I reported it to them but they would only send the issue on to the manufacturer and refused to sort it out. They seem to think that a consumer only has the right to a replacement from them for 30 days. They failed / refuse to understand the law and or to sort the problem. The issue relates to the poor quality of the gasket, something their quality control should have checked. I've had to identify the problem (I'm just a DIY'er) and have asked them to replace the gasket, but am not holding my breath. FYI, in the recent past, I've bought another close-coupled toilet, 2 other washbasins, 2 shower trays, taps and a shower screen, all of which I installed with no problems. The stuff fits squarely and doesn't leak, unlike this latest purchase. It's disappointing that they lack the care and skill to help on this occasion. Customer service has very clearly deteriorated. UPDATE: Dealing with ED's response, clearly the responder has failed to read the email trail. The request for images was made by Alex at 15.10 on 15 May and the images were sent at 15.48 and 16.07 on 15 May. Contrary to the assertion that the parts were available the following day, they were not made available to me until 31 May, some 16 days later as the email from the Beth, the Customer Service Manager. states at 11.24. The issue, which ED continue to fail to understand, is that my contract is with them but all they wanted to do was to lay off the issue with the manufacturer, when all that was required was a better, more substantial gasket. Instead, they chose to argue with me and deny their responsibility to fix the problem. So much for 7 years of loyalty.

Good Morning, I have looked into this and can see this has been resolved in full with a new gasket supplied the following day. From what I can see, there has been no delay or hesitation in resolving this for you from our end, I can see the stumbling block in getting this sorted was your refusal to send images of the issue you were having. Unfortunately images will always be required to show the problem to get parts sent to yourself. As soon as these were received the replacement part was on its way the same day. I can see my colleagues have replied swiftly and politely and I feel a good level of service has been provided, Id kindly ask your review be amended to reflect the resolution of this issue. kind regards Ergonomic Designs

Hi, I am very sorry for this issue you experienced, I can see the order was cancelled and refunded 4 days after purchase and this was due to an issue with Frankes chosen uk distributor that we were unaware of when you placed the order. Ordered of set quad , came with the wrong profiles. Tried to contact them and they just don’t reply and you can’t talk to anyone. Very poor service would never use them again.

Goods come damaged and the returns process is terrible even tho Ergonomic are at fault its a joke. Expecting me to wait in from 7am-7pm for collection, like I don’t have a job to do. Would not recommend unless you want over priced damaged goods.

Hi, I am really sorry this arrived damaged, we have arranged collection as quickly as possible to enable this to come back and refund you in full. Sadly the fragile goods courier does not allow us to book timed collections however we have offered to collect on the most convenient day for yourself and the courier does then provide eta's on the day. Lovely looking unit but the fitting for the shower hose does not fit standard threads in UK meaning my plumber had a nightmare fashioning an adapter …the adapter supplied in the pack must of been for some other country as it didn’t fit the unit to shower hose outlet 🙄😬

Hi, I cannot see that we have been contacted in regards to this, however the shower valve comes with a half inch connector and a 3/4 inch connector. one is attached to the valve and one is in the box separately. This is so it suits the majority of installations. Kind regards Ergonomic Designs

Good Afternoon, I can see that you have purchased from us a glass to glass corner seal for Wetroom screens? This is the only item on this order so i am unsure what you were expecting to be chrome? The idea of this is and invisible connection between the two pieces of glass. Very poor experience! I bought an item that clearly showed a support arm for a shower screen and spotted that an "additional" arm could be purchased also which further seemed to confirm that one was included as it holds the screen up and provides safety so kind of important! Upon fitting we find that there is no arm included and they are now out of stock. Customer service couldn't care less so I will most certainly never be using this company again. Misleading advertising on two counts and very poor customer service who have no intention apparently of making their offerings more clear so I have no intention of putting any further business their way.

I have purchased 8 showers from this site for one project, one of the showers is not working and trying to get the shower fixed is a joke, They say fill in a form and wait for a reply blur blur, nows friday and i have to wait until Monday for a reply, and then who knows?

I would not recommend anyone to use this company I order a sink and basin from online the colour of the sink was the same on the page it was advertise, when I plumber fitted the basin an sink it was total 2 different colour, I emailed them and sent them photos they refused to do anything about it saying that's how it should look like , you can't get exact match, I've been arguing with them by emailing saying why the advertise it showing exact match on the photo, they sent me email saying sorry we can't do anything about it
