Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I'm always a little concerened about using new suppliers that I haven't previously been aware of and often default to well known names. I'm glad that I didn't...really quick delivery, great communication and the best price that I could find for a high quality product. Based on this experience I would highly recommend.”

“Good service and price however the website description for replacement valves could have been clearer. As well as saying red or blue washer (which can’t be identified until after removal), it could also said clockwise to turn on (which is red I later found out) and anti clockwise to turn on (which is blue)”

“Received my Franke tap as ordered, on time. There was minor damage to the spout that I didn't notice until it had been fitted. I contacted the company to advise them. As the tap had already seen installed and worked fine I wasn't expecting to much response from the company. To my surprise several days later a replacement spout arrived. Thank you very much. Excellent customer service.”

“I waited in a full day and my delivery didn't turn up as advised. They blamed their couriers but their couriers are their responsibility and part of their business. If they are going to charge for delivery then they need to either provide a better service or expect poor reviews.”
