Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. Optional accessories not compatible, product appeared to have discoloured and some items felt a bit cheap, so didn5 fit and found similarly priced alternatives.

Delivery was very quick, however it was delivered damaged. Reported the damage by phoning and then sending an email with images of damage only to be asked to send pre images as initial ones were not good enough.

Bought a shower unit ( identical to one we had purchased already without problem) and on one of the first times it was used, one of the rubber nozzles fell out and was washed down the drain. Had to pay £6.50 to get a replacement for what I consider a faulty item.

I was pleased to find all the items I needed with one company. Most items were reasonably priced too except for one item which was £100 more than elsewhere. So I used the live chat & called to see if they would price match, I was surprised to get a blunt NO on both occassions..... very short sited customer service, will take my £670 order elswhere......

We ordered a set of vanity units for a new bathroom, including a toilet and sink. When the product was delivered, as instructed, we inspected the various boxes and found that 2 of the 3 vanity unit sections had flaws, as did the sink. We asked Ergonomic to explain why these faults had passed Quality Control, and sought assurances as to whether we would have further issues, given the various faults notified. Ergonomic replied that they had contacted the manufacturer, who would soon respond. We are still awaiting this response nearly 3 weeks later! In practice, Ergonomic replaced one of the two faulty vanity units (despite our seeking both replacements), as well as the sink, but we have never received any explanation for the faults, or assurance that the units will not damage further with use. Due to the delays in receiving a satisfactory solution, and with our bathroom fitter nearing completion of the project, we ended up having to accept this unsatisfactory position, and have to keep our fingers crossed that the units will not scuff or chip further with use. Time will tell.

Terrible delivery arrangements. You need to sit at home for a week and maybe one day the bath will be delivered!

I ordered a couple of things and not all were available at the same time. I was told I would need to pay for shipping twice because it will be sent in two batches. That is not usually how it's done. If you have issues supplying what's offered on the website the customer should not have to pay. Also, I needed to provide pictures of an item I wanted to return. It was well within the 2 week return period that is legally required to be offered. I should not have to do this. If I change my mind in something I am able to send it back. There is no need to check with the original supplier. Again, that is not a customer issue.

I received a damaged unit that meant to be getting fitted a few days after it arrived , because it has been damaged I've not had to let the customer know of the delay and it has now cost me of my own money to try and sort the problem that is at hand so I'm now out of pocket and still haven't heard of any more news about receiving a new unit and it's been 4 days since I sent the email , I was really happy with everything else but this has just caused me so much hassle and nothing has been sorted to help me with this problem

Just wish you sold the attachment part of this separately because we now have two shower heads and have had to spend a lot more than we wanted because you wouldn’t take the one ordered by mistake back. Such a shame the customer service is so unhelpful. The product is ok but I wouldn’t use the shop again due to the total lack of care and help given to us in after sales. Be warned if you are thinking of using this shop.

Hi Elizabeth, I have looked into this and can see that we did quote you for the spare part required however the lead time was longer than you wanted to wait and therefore chose to purchase the kit. In regards to not accepting the return of the shower head, sadly this was purchased in may 2022 and as it is now april 2023 this was refused. I am sorry you feel we have not done enough to help you but i am unsure what more we could have done in this instance. Kind Regards Ergonomic Designs

One of the part is still not delivered. Plumber will not come back to fix it so had to delay fixing the whole WC. So inconvenient, this shouldn’t have been sold if not in stock. Have been told to wait for another 4 weeks.

The glass cup for the toilet brush holder turned up smashed unfortunately. But to be fair, a replacement was sent out immediately and arrived a couple of days later.

Speed of delivery was excellent and I was kept informed every step of the way ..top marks ..but the Quality of the product was very poor ..wax left quite disappointed

The shower enclosure was delivered promptly. On unpacking the shower enclosure it was found to be missing four top and bottom door seals. Contacted Ergonomics to inform of the missing parts they said they would contact Frontline Bathroom Ltd who supplied the shower enclosure. Frontline did not have any seals in stock nor could they advise when these seals might be in stock. They have offered to take back the original one and replace it with a new one. I have suggested they might like to break open the pack in their warehouse and just send us the seals. To save on courier costs and save the planet. Awaiting a response from Frontline.

Let down by Delivery service. Paid £40 for Delivery. Very large bath was delivered by 1 man lucky it was not damaged the way he offloaded it. Then when I took all rapping off realised he had not delivered the feet with it. Also Delivery driver did not contact me an hour before Delivery as stated on Delivery note !.

Delivery was really good with communication about times etc. However, the product is not. The pictures look amazing. Wall tap heads don’t line up - the top knob is square but the lower one is at an angle and are still continuing to drip when turned off even after multiple attempts by my tradesman to fit them. Please advise

The delivery of the products was good but the shower tray was still drying from being made (underneath on the bottom side) and the edges of the shower tray were rough and very sharp - actually very dangerous to fit. I was quite disappointed

**Warning** Please be aware when ordering larger items from Ergonomic Designs, these will be dispatched directly from the supplier, please save all packaging, do not rip, tear or cut any of it, should you wish to return anything damaged packaging will be used as an excuse not to process the return.** Delivery was good, but my experience with Ergonomic Design was tainted by there lack of after service, you can not talk to customer services, it' has to go through there website help desk.
