Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I was a bit dissapointed as it was not in sealed in a box all the parts to the tap were all over the packaging box. I though it would come packed in a franke box as i have spent so much. Was just loose in the delivery box.”

“Replacement Blanco tap - price was v competitive, ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was also quick - within a week. Item was exactly as it should be. All in , very happy. Would use this firm again if needed.”

“No problems, fast despatch, good prices. Sink looks great. Courier however did leave the box out in the pouring rain! Not good but Ergonomic Designs can't really be blamed for that, just a typical delivery driver!”

“So pleased with this company placed an order on Thursday it was delivered on Monday. I was called by the office to confirm I would be in for the delivery a lovely member of staff advised I would get a call once the order was on the van to advise a time. The delivery man was very friendly and carried it inside for me. Would use this company again for sure.”

“My review would have been rated Very Good. The reason I knocked off a star is down to the courier you used, the package arrived really damaged in three places. Looked like it had been thrown around without much care at all. Luckily the item was tough enough to survive such treatment. Would have second thoughts about purchasing something from you that needed care in transporting. Sorry”

“A very nice company to deal with. Have used ED plenty of times, the very occasional problem (which, to be frank, has always been down to the manufacturer or distributor) has always been dealt with promptly and quickly. Reassuring after sales service and good prices.”
