Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I order a bathroom vanity unit and I unbeknown to me my husband ordered the same one for a house we are renovating. A on line chat rectified our mistake. When the vanity unit was delivered the basin was missing through a courier issue. I had another on line chat and they promptly apologised and sent the basin out and arrived within a couple of days. Mistakes happen anywhere it’s how it’s the efficiency of getting the problem corrected, is a major plus to me. Thks”

“Ordering was good , updates good , delivery driver SOO rude and box opened which is concerning ? I won’t know if all parts are in the box until my bathroom fitter comes next week ? Why was the box opened???”

“No problems with ordering but delivery person banged the shower screen quite badly against the door frame she said it was just on the corner so proceeded to open package on the corner and said it was not damaged. I will let your company know asap when package is fully opened and inspected.”

“Good quality product and just what was needed. Would be perfect if shower screen seals were pre-cut cut for left or right hand but for the price this is a minor detail. Unfortunately, the shower glass chrome was dented which I suspect was due to damage in transit but was on inside (bath side)and needed screen asap as old one removed before I checked this new one.”

“Price was the best we could find on line. Delivery prompt. Very well packaged shower cubicle. Unable to comment any further at present as apart from a quick look inside the boxes we are not yet ready to remove and fit but happy to comment again after it has been installed.”
