Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Delivered 3 days before stated which had no advantage unfortunately, just meant that I had to re-arrange my day off. Disappointing to have to pay £45 for delivery charge when having spent over £1100.😳😏”

“The delivery was quick and all products arrived safely. Would appreciate offer of free delivery on orders of a certain value. Had to Pay £55 for delivery on an order of £1,800 as free delivery option was not possible to be selected.”

“I took delivery of a Franke kitchen sink it came in a battered box marked re packaged by DPD the sink was cracked in two halves it must have been dropped from some height, customer services have arranged a replacement but stated I am too dispose of the broken sink it will not be collected , I can’t exactly put it in the bin , I don’t know if the local tip will charge me for disposal ?”

“The ordering process was straightforward, price was good, delivery charge was reasonable and the ability to choose a delivery date to suit was a good plus. Don't know how the product will perform yet, hence only 4 stars - fingers crossed it will turn out to be a '5'.”

“Would have been 5* as packaging and speed of dispatch was good but the Courier DPD delivered to the wrong address and refused to correct their mistake. Eventually located item at property in adjacent street.”
