Instructions are a nightmare to understand. Small seal needs to be straight not curled it took hours to fit. Nice looking but should come with a better instruction manual.

I am somewhat perplexed when I received my order for this, item to find its product tech description was not up to what was advertised. I was looking for a .1-.2bar low pressure tap and on reading the attached sheet that came with the tap it was in fact .5bar. Unfortunately, this property I was fitting it into is a bungalow with only a 2m head. I have since purchased another tap from a local supplier but not sure whather it is worth returning for a credit. Maybe you can advise on this matter

Although Ergonomic Designs sent the order out immediately, the UPS courier service has failed to deliver the items that are now delaying progress of my bathroom fit. UPS say they have attempted to deliver twice, I have been here to receive the parcel, UPS are a useless delivery company, all the other couriers see to manage to deliver to me without a problem. Fingers crossed they get it here on the third attempt, Such a pity that UPS have let your business down.

buying process was fine but unfortunately the new shower head was a different size to my shower. There was no dimension on the product description and I tried to buy the same brand as the original so it would fit

Very good site,value for money, efficiency and care with delivery. Unfortunately Kudos had put the label THIS SURFACE ON THE OUTSIDE on the wrong side of the glass panel. With Sam's team help I was able to determine which was the correct way round to install the glass panel. The installation instructions were very explicit and easy to follow. Job done.

The rail looks fine but the attachment to the wall is loose in the rail and having fitted the attachment horizontally the weight of the rail then made the whole fitting lop sided.

You need to use a delivery service that provides proper tracking. This is a must in this "fast moving" day and age.

Would be really useful if your website told customers that the showroom is shut. Warehouse only open to collect orders. Made a 50 mile round trip for nothing

When I ordered, the item was showing in stock, so paying the next day delivery, I expected delivery to be prompt. I was emailed to say the item was actually "OOS". So It was confirmed in an email the item ordered would be sent when stock allowed, and I would be refunded the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill. I was not refunded the amount promised. So I am not impressed.

Ordering and delivery was great although one box was damaged. Without having had a chance to report this a second one arrived without any request. Sadly our error, the products are too big so we are trying to return them. Hall still full of boxes so will update when returns have been successful.

How did we do? Not very good to be honest! Delivery was an absolute shambles and I had to pay £15 for the privilege!! Was told by the courier I no longer lived at my address, then my order was refused, just an absolute balls up to be fair. Not happy at all

Hi Malcom, I have looked into this and i can see your delivery was made on the 14th as expected, after contacting yourself you have advised the delivery arrived 2 hours after the estimated delivery slot the courier had offered you. Sadly with large fragile goods deliveries they can take longer than expected to deliver and traffic conditions can slow them down, this is why the slot offered is only an estimate. I am sorry you were disappointed with this slight delay but unfortunately this is outside of our control. Please do let us know if we can do anything to help with this. kind regards Ergonomic Designs

Good product,delivery on time. However,one man sent with extremely heavy shower tray, waste was included but never arrived.Hope this helps your service.

I would of like to of give a 5 star rating as the service was fast and efficient but the quality of goods were lacking, some parts were missing and some parts were just very poor quality.

I'm happy with the ease of ordering, communication and the product itself. However, I'm very disappointed with the packaging or should I say total lack of packaging protecting the sink unit and sink which arrived in a box with no protection. It was so lucky that the sink isn't damaged and the sink unit itself only had the outer edges slightly marked. I think there should be some form of protection used to lessen the likelihood of damages occurring in transit.
