Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordering was easy delivery was quick and I liked the idea you could have it delivered to a pick up point but the product was not as described on the internet I phoned up and they agreed it was an error on their part and would change it”

“No complaints with the prompt service. Just wish the details for the tap I bought were a clear as mud for a non-plumber person like myself. Spent a lot of money on a tap that was not good for purpose - I didn't realist 'no good for low water pressure' meant 'only suitable for mains pressure taps'. Costly error on my part.”

“I ordered several products. The cost was by far lower than most other companies. I ordered early as I thought it may take a while to come as I chose to have all in one delivery. I was pleasantly suprised that they came so quickly. The delivery driver was fantastic, he phoned prior to delivery to make sure I was home, he offloaded all the delivery and put it safe in my garage. He was really polite and very helpful, this guy was one of the main reasons I would use ergonomics again as it was so refreshing having someone that really cared about looking after my products. My order was as stated on line I am more than happy with the quality of the goods.”
