Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Order process was efficient and painless. Received very prompt confirmation of order and expected delivery date. On the date of delivery I contacted Ergonomic for an expected delivery time and they confirmed an estimated time to me, which was very accurate. The delivery was placed in my garage where I have stored the shower enclosure until I fit it. Overall very pleased with them and would use them again.”

“I used Ergonomic designs to supply my family bathroom and en suite 6 years ago. The products supplied were good quality and we have only had 2 shower cartridge failures . In both instances the parts were reasonably priced and arrived next day. Excellent service all round. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“My twentieth or so order to date - there’s a reason I keep coming back - after sales service. It’s all very well getting the cheapest, but a person at the end of the phone and prompt action to queries is key. And regarding price, ED are pretty much spot on, once you include their delivery charges, the final price is still almost always as good as the rest.”
