Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “No problems with ordering or delivery. Price was the best I could find online for the item. I guess the delivery charge of £6.50 is on the high side for a small-ish item, but I ordered bathroom items from six different places on the same day and this was the second to arrive. So at least it was quick.”

Hi Stephen, I believe my colleague Beth is dealing with you on this. I can see from the emails that you have put the wrong address in the delivery address of your order. The item went out for delivery as advised on the 6th November however, delivery could not be made due to the incorrect address. We have asked the courier to update the details. for your address but this will mean the delivery of your item is delayed as FedEx action this request.
