Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “If you require customers to personally sign for deliveries, and threaten a re-charge if they are out, a 4 hour window of when the parcel will be delivered would be very helpful!”

“These are the people to go to for plumbing parts. Not only are the prices competitive but they know what they are doing. I ordered incompatible parts by mistake. They realised and instead of sending me the wrong item, Tara emailed to alert me, then sent the correct combination of parts. Another satisfied customer”

“5* Ordered 2 sink units with top mounted sinks. Best price I could find on web. Super fast delivery, think they arrived 48hrs after ordering. Great communication. Would not hesitate ordering from this company again. Only downside, no delivery time slot, you have to wait in until they arrive or make sure someone else is. Friendly delivery driver too. Many thanks.”
