Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Helpful customer services who are easy to reach by phone. Needed to delay delivery which wasn’t a problem. Items were well packed and all in good order. Not yet fitted but appear well made and robust. Very good buying experience so far.”

“They didn't use a special fragile courier as stated which left us with a damaged bath and units but this was quickly sorted out and replacements sent via another courier. Staff were polite and helpful over the phone. My only gripe is they email you the day before it arrives which is awkward when you work full-time.”

“Delivery costs were an unexpected pain-point once items selected. Also options for delivery were a bit confusing, and not easy to specify a delivery date. However, I was lucky and happened to be able to take the delivery which was in fact done very quickly. I haven't had chance to unpack the shower enclosure items yet, so cannot comment on product yet. Slight damage to packaging, but not expecting damage to product.”

“Use this Company at your peril if you want your goods delivered. Monday delivery did not happen despite paying for the service. Revised delivery for Thursday did not happen. No courtesy phone calls. Lied to about information. Items have gone missing! The 3rd delivery attempt arrived...…… since this issue I ordered a 2nd item and the team have made amends and the service on my second order was exemplary.”

“My shower tray and waste unit was due to be delivered on Monday. I had to take a valuable day off work as no timescale was given. After 3 p.m. i called to ask how much longer it would be until delivery. After Ergonomic Designs calling the supplier, they called me back and said there had been an issue and it would not be delivered today. I paid £45.99 for this service and not only did i not get a courtesy call to tell me of an issue bit i did not receive the service that i paid for. Ergomomic Designs have been helpful with resceduling the delivery, but i think the initial communication and service that i paid for has been poor, not to mention a completely wasted day off work. There has been no mention of any recompense which i feel is poor bearing in mind the circumstances. I await the newly agreed delivery date this Thursday...….since this issue the Team have made amends and their service on my second order was exemplary.”
