Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Spot on parts and quick delivery cheers”

“Down to the delivery, was asked a good day to deliver, my customer could do the Wednesday or Thursday not the Friday, a member of your team said Thursday would be the best day as Wednesday may be to soon so we booked for Thursday, on Wednesday a driver rings me and says he’s on his way which was no good as my customer went out , not happy with this he said he would leave it on for the next day, Thursday morning I received a phone call saying it was booked in for Friday (the only day my customer couldn’t do) extremely unhappy at this point we had to keep it for Friday and my customer had to arrange other plans , I was told I would be getting a phone call from the driver 1 hour away which I rang mid day to check this was happening, my customer had to go out for a bit mid day Friday and just by chance as she returned home the delivery had tuned up with no phone call whatsoever, this whole experience has been terrible and put my customer under a lot of stress, I haven’t checked the product yet,”

“Great product with fast delivery. When our item was checked after delivery we had a part damaged. The customer service was fantastic in communication and after us reporting the damage they called us back as soon as possible that morning to confirm a new replacement would be sent out the next day and we was first on the list for delivery. It came at 7.30am the next morning. Can't recommend this company enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy customer.”

“I am pleased with the the Hudson reed thermostat, the only thing that I am not happy about I didn’t know about the riser I had to buy that it’s not very clear on you web sight, you should market your thermostat with an added message ,if you buy this you might need the riser kit if I know that when buying the thermostat I would have bought them together and saved myself the postage ,anyway the quality is really good”

“Found them highly competitive with my chosen product, a small Ideal basin. Chose collection, and found it a simple, straight-forward process. They have some products available to view in their small unit, which is always useful to know. Highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.”
