Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Down to the delivery, was asked a good day to deliver, my customer could do the Wednesday or Thursday not the Friday, a member of your team said Thursday would be the best day as Wednesday may be to soon so we booked for Thursday, on Wednesday a driver rings me and says he’s on his way which was no good as my customer went out , not happy with this he said he would leave it on for the next day, Thursday morning I received a phone call saying it was booked in for Friday (the only day my customer couldn’t do) extremely unhappy at this point we had to keep it for Friday and my customer had to arrange other plans , I was told I would be getting a phone call from the driver 1 hour away which I rang mid day to check this was happening, my customer had to go out for a bit mid day Friday and just by chance as she returned home the delivery had tuned up with no phone call whatsoever, this whole experience has been terrible and put my customer under a lot of stress, I haven’t checked the product yet,”
