Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. Disappointing service. Quick enough to take tour money, extremely slow to advise product is out of stock. Was advised dated for deliveries. 1 turned up on date specified, when second didn’t turn up, I went into their live chat to be advised I shouldn’t of received this date as it’s out of stock. When spending as much as we did this was extremely poor.

Having to return an item, being charged £30 for the privilege, plus the £10 delivery charge. They have made £40 of me.... avoid this company

Terrible service, I ordered Franke sink which turned out to be too big and I wanted to exchange. At the end I ended up buying elsewhere as I waited for an email response for 2 weeks. Not to mention the return delivery charge up to £45 for, whereas, the DPD is less than £10, never ordering from here again.

If I could give a 0 I would. Firstly I spent over £1200.00 with this company then to find out they would add a hefty delivery charge. My order arrived for my new house which was a building site so my wife checked the items and stored the goods to fit at a later date. Upon opening the boxes I found that the £217.00 Toilet had no cistern ... I contacted the company who told me that I had to select the cistern to be added. It was a mistake on my half but I stated that the picture was of a toilet with a cistern on it and I considered it not clearly advertised . After speaking to an advisor who told me I need to pay an extra £84.00 to get a cistern, i asked them if I could return the item to which they told me I would have to pay the collection charge and a 25 % restocking charge. I then asked them to consider waiving the delivery charge as a good will gesture if I ordered the cistern from themselves... the answer was No. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I advise anyone to think twice before purchasing anything from the company.

Low rating due to your supplier failing on two occasions to deliver bathroom cupboard ,so I was given a refund many thanks. Ordered similar cabinet on amazon delivered within two days at 7 am in the morning now that's service sorry

An example for poor communication and delivery. My experience with ErgonomicDesign has been an appalling waste of my and every ones time and effort. A kitchen tap was despatched very very late and incorrectly labelled/communicated with your carrier with the wrong address. Then after your team have eventually found where it was delivered, I (not happy due to the COVID risk) went around to a village neighbour to collect it, only to find it had been picked up by the carrier yesterday and taken away back to BASE 30 miles away. (when we are only 200m away) a total utter fiasco. I asked for this to be relayed to other ED colleagues involved. Please refund forthwith.

Poor customer service - wrong advice given initially. The wrong product was sent to us. Poor value for money - We were charged £45 for a delicate item delivery of a 2mx1.6m glass shower screen - they sent 1 man in a white van for this. He couldn’t lift the product. Poor organisation - 1 man in a van was sent to collect the inappropriate product. He couldn’t lift it. We were refunded 10 days after the item was returned but charged 2x£45 for the ‘delicate item’ collection My advice - avoid this company. I’m pleased to be rid of them.

the products were good when they finally arrived but the staff took a negative and unhelpful stance on a couple of relatively trivial issues. also I asked a couple of questions by email which were answered with little or no effort in a take it or leave it manner.

Sadly the delivery company let them down. Changed the delivery date without communication and then failed to deliver on the new date too. Had trades people in ready to fit which incurred costs greater than any saving made shopping around. Wouldn't recommend if needed to a deadline and I had to source an alternative locally to avoid further costs.

I would not touch this company, £30 for delivery and £45 for return and if a replacement is required no exchange arranged you have to pay another £30. Day light robbery!

It’s been a disaster so far. No sign of my order nearly 10 days after ordering. Just an email trail trying to find the merchandise - going backwards and forwards.

HI Eske, please accept our apologies your order did not arrive. As you are aware the TNT delivery driver delivered it on the 8th Sept at 10:29 which was the day after you placed your order. However, you notifed us that he had not delivered it to your property and that you had not received it. We opened a case with TNT and have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you

I made 2 orders, we only unpacked them when the plumber came so as to keep them safe, we kept them exactly where the delivery drivers left them. The shower enclosure was damaged which you wouldn’t do anything about as it was longer than 24 hours, then the shower waste was split, there was no point in complaining at this point as it was clear it would do nothing about it. A great shame as I have 7 bathrooms in total to refurbish as I have a B&B. So the goods were damaged & the customer service was rubbish, so I wouldn’t be using you again & I most certainly won’t be recommending you

I'm sure when I receive the item I ordered it will be fine but as yet I have still not received it. The delivery date was supposed to have been 14th and this is now 18th.

I could not recommend this company. Purchased based on the photos and description in the product listing. I was sent something different to what was ordered and Ergonomic Designs made no attempt to rectify the situation. Simply poor customer service.

Hi, delivery was attempted on Wednesday but was advised the delivery was not for them at the delivery address on your order. Your delivery has been rebooked for tomorrow. Please can you contact customer services to confirm your correct delivery address.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery. Had to call in the afternoon to then be told that the delivery driver had ran out of time to make our delivery that day before 2pm. A day that had now been wasted waiting on a delivery that didn’t come and not we have had to day the fitting of the item we ordered for another 2 weeks causing massive inconvenience. We would have at least appreciated knowing that the driver only worked half a day and hadn’t managed to fit our delivery in.
