I have purchased 8 showers from this site for one project, one of the showers is not working and trying to get the shower fixed is a joke, They say fill in a form and wait for a reply blur blur, nows friday and i have to wait until Monday for a reply, and then who knows?

I would not recommend anyone to use this company I order a sink and basin from online the colour of the sink was the same on the page it was advertise, when I plumber fitted the basin an sink it was total 2 different colour, I emailed them and sent them photos they refused to do anything about it saying that's how it should look like , you can't get exact match, I've been arguing with them by emailing saying why the advertise it showing exact match on the photo, they sent me email saying sorry we can't do anything about it

Wrong panel sent. After live chat,Sent email with pictures but never got a response back. Still waiting . Told them code number of what was ordered and code of what was sent. Poor . It’s as if you don’t want to know and hope I go away!!

Dreadful service. Once a sale has occurred if there is a problem with your purchase do not rely on getting a refund without a fight. Will never use again.

After, phoning and discussing and checking the pictures on the website to decide which shower tray we needed, left or right. we ordered a R/H because the majority of the pictures showed this. when it arrived it was wrong after phoning thinking they had sent the wrong one. we were told that not all makes use the same handling and the make we ordered was the opposite. this has now cost me an extra £92.00 as we had to have it collected and the right one delivered. very confusing and feels very unreasonable. Beware!!!!

25% restocking fee, just to take back an item which was brand new and in perfect condition? What a rip off. We spent thousands with them, and returned one item, plus paid to send it back (no problem with that). Clearly don't give a *** about customer service. Go somewhere else, avoid!!

This company refuses to honor warranties and just blames the manufacturers No refund or replacements! I personally won't be using them again.

Tap and waste poor quality less than a year old patches and discolouration to be told that we caused the marks yet none of the other items in the bathroom (gold) from another supplier has gone this way to help rectify the problem they sent me a quote to pay for another one !

I ordered and paid for a radiator and chose the date on which I wanted it delivered which was Thursday 8 June. I cancelled my arrangements for the day in order t be in for the delivery as no indication of morning or afternoon was offered. On Wednesday 7th I received a text from PJH asking me to choose a day for delivery!!! They could not offer me the following day so I had to postpone to this Thursday June 15 and change my arrangements again. Therefore I cannot write a review of the product as I have not seen it; only for the service which has been very poor! I will not be recomending Ergonomic Designs.

Purchased a Vitra Sento vanity unit (£528.00) and just took delivery, the first thing that I noticed was the condition of the packaging, clearly been left for quite a few months, and looked like it was previously opened and then roughly taped back up. When opened found that an internal bracket was broken, I'm assuming whilst stored or a return. Have taken photos of both the packaging and the damage, will now have to go through emailing you to get the replacement fixed!

The buying process is straightforward but the delivery was terrible. The driver called me to say he was outside and asked me why I was not hearing him knocking on the door. I came outside to see him knocking vigorously at the wrong house at the end of the road...I showed him the number on the house, but he did not accepted the clear evidence and became aggressive. To make things worse, he asked me to unload the truck by myself and refused to take the boxes from the truck to my house. Never seem something like this before. Probably the driver was not having a good day, I guess...

Vanity unit and bathroom storage unit arrived in an extremely damaged condition. The replacement delivery was organised promptly but again, the replacement items were again very poorly damaged and in a second hand condition so I requested a refund and will shop elsewhere

Hi, I can see you have had an issue with a couple of small components of large order placed with us in August, one issue being incorrect installation, one wear and tear and one a manufacturing issue so I do apologise for this. I can see all three parts have been replaced without dispute despite these not being manufacturing issues. I am sorry we could not pay your additional fitting costs for the toilet roll holder and hose unfortunately this is something that is not covered, I can see however that we have offered a good level of service and have gone above and beyond to rectify this issue. We appreciate that you have highlighted that the advertised item had its price reduced by £25 shortly after you bought it, our prices are based on our current buying prices and this would only drop if the supplier has dropped the price we pay.
