Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. “They have good products and prices but customer services is very poor, I have just called to double check on delivery date for a Butler sink which supposed to be delivered on Friday and was told that will be delivered on Tuesday. So today called again and spoke with Sam and he said that the delivery failed, was no one available. I was all day at home waiting for the delivery as I had the worktop people booked to get my template. Anyway Sam said it will call me back and he will check with the RAK Direct for redelivery, .. he never called back, then My wife called and the "Lady" was quite rude .. so we cancelled the order. I meet 2 other guys Ryan and Jason very nice people but this was unacceptable.”

“Paid £12.99 for delivery of two products: disc valve and thermostatic cartridge (fairly small). Only one came... Rang and was treated like I was trying to rob them of a thermostatic cartridge(exciting I know). Had the plumber in the house and booked a half day of work (pretty expensive experience for me), but that was apparently my fault. It might sound crazy but I expected to at least recieve my items when I paid £12.99 for the delivery. Pretty poor overall, poor customer service and poor service. I hope at least my second item arrives. Definitely not recommended.”

“When you take the most expensive delivery option and they still cant provide an pm delivery its not a good start”

Unfortunately, as advised on the website we do not offer a timed delivery on the direct delivery option. This is an express delivery option direct from the manufacturers. On the smaller items sent with DPD we do offer a 1 hour delivery time slot.
